Just as good as the D-mannose powder that Ive raved about for years. I am one of those people that truly knows and believes in the power of natural versus pharmaceutical. I have boxes and boxes of supplement bottles that Ive tried and am always trying something new. I spend a lot of money trying to chase away ailments and nuisances. Some things work and some things dont. This definitely works. Nothing that Ive tried works as surely and significantly as D-mannose. It can be a miracle cure for a lot of people and without any side effects at all. It is even safe for diabetics. D-mannose is a sugar that cannot be processed or absorbed by the body. It is flushed out of the body via the urinary tract and bacteria loves it, attaches to it and is dispelled from the body along with the sugar it clings to. Therefore, the bacteria that causes infection and inflammaton can no longer harm you. Things get back to normal in their absence. It will stop a UTI ( including kidney infections and bladder irritations) in its tracks and can really help with some female issues as well. It is powerful and it is fast, 100% of the time for me and those that Ive given it to. I have recommended it to everyone and have even given it to my toddler periodically to keep things clean. This product seemed convenient and even though there was no real reason to stray from and pay more than I do for the traditional powder, I was interested to try it because of the additions. I was having debilitating back pain and that is a big red flag for me. As a kidney stone and previous chronic UTI sufferer ( pre D-mannose 7 years ago), I always turn to this first. I was in so much pain that I was only comfortable lying down. The pain radiated up my right side; pelvis to my shoulder blade and it was very intense and debilitating. No one ever believes how quickly this works when I tell them but I know from many previous experiences that its never a fluke. Within about 5-10 minutes of drinking this I felt a slightly cool tingling feeling following the path that the pain had previously occupied and then the pain was gone within 15-20 minutes. It came back much later that evening but another dose yielded the same results. 3 doses and 3 days later I am as good as new. And if it comes back soon, which I doubt, Ill just take a longer more consistent course. I never need more than 2-4 days unless I have a continuous trigger. For those that do, a small maintenance dose 1-3 times a week could do wonders. I believe that the cranberry alkalizes the urine, the way that lemon concentrate does ( that works quickly for kidney stones) and this is what ceases the pain so quickly. Just a theory. It definitely doesnt taste like Kool aid as the other reviewer stated, not that I really care for kool aid. But its pleasant enough with only traces of the bitter powdery additives in the form of an after taste ( D-mannose powder by itself is delicious and mild). I am picky and I can definitely tolerate it, maybe learn to really like it. I don't care for plain water ( why I suffer from kidney stones), so I am more likely to drink more of this. I try to never be without D-mannose and while this may have some additions and be more convenient to carry, Im not quite sure that the results were any better. You do get more in this box than in the bottle of power ( and pay more) but again, there is extra stuff in this formula which probably accounts for a lot of the weight. I doubt that any probiotic that doesnt have to be refrigerated, or has been dehydrated in powder form is active, powerful or even useful at all. So dont count on it. I cant say enough good things about any of the NOW Brand D-Mannose products ( its the only brand Ive ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to) and it works just like it should, always, which is all that you could ask for. Spread the word. Why pay for doctors visits, suffer the horrible side effects of antibiotics and possibly contribute to their resistance when mother nature has the cure? The only tradgedy is that too few know about this product.

I started taking this product three weeks ago to help support my hormonal health and I can honestly say that I have noticed some positive changes. My cycle was on time and the usual discomfort has been much easier manage. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. One thing to note is that it has a strong taste that lingers in the mouth for a few minutes after taking it but it does not bother me enough to stop me from taking it. For women looking for a product to support their health and hormonal balance, this supplement is definitely worth trying.

If you have frequent UTIs, buy this right now!! I get UTIs all the time despite drinking plenty of water, taking uquora products, drinking cranberry juice, all the things but nothing has worked like this product. I drink 1 every day or every couple of days and I have not had 1 UTI since I started. It also taste pretty good which makes it even better. I cannot recommend this enough to someone trying to combat UTIs.

I write this review with a sense of deja vu . . . We used this product (NOW Supplements, Certified Organic and Non-GMO, Wheat Grass Juice Powder) for a couple years but during the C-19 pandemic, supply was interrupted. So, we switched to KOS wheatgrass juice powder in April 2022 and found we liked it better because the taste was more neutral. Then, KOS discontinued that product and does not offer a replacement. OK, we'll go back to NOW Wheat Grass Juice Powder. Yikes! The price is less than half what we paid previously which make me wonder if NOW is discontinuing it so I call them directly. Yep, the always helpful NOW folks confirm this product is discontinued and will not be replaced. I ordered a dozen. They just arrived and the 'Best by' date is Dec 2023. Satisfaction with NOW Wheat Grass Juice Powder will likely be based on *how* you use it. It mixes easily when added to a smoothie blended in a blender and doesn't alter flavor much. But on its own in water mixed with a spoon? That takes some effort AND we find the taste to be pretty grassy when it's the only ingredient. The health benefits we notice also vary. My wife says it improves her digestion. For me, general energy and mental clarity. But, as you likely suspect already, there are lots of variables so YMMV. Bottom line: Almost all other Wheat Grass *Juice* Powder products are far more expensive and not necessarily better so I'd suggest getting this while you can. Hth and I wish you well!

This supplement has helped me significantly with hormonal regulation. I stopped birth control after being on it for about 10 years. Before I was on contraception, I did not have a regular period. I have noticed a positive change in my cycle duration when I take this supplement consistently. I went from random period timing, to fairly predictable cycles that is continuing to improve over time. I also experience less pain and pms symptoms. From what I read, it is best to stop taking it for the duration of your period so that is what I have been doing. I am very appreciative that this supplement is low cost and high quality.

First, I just want to say I have been dealing, no suffering, with menopause symptoms for 6.5 years. Horrible hot flashes-feeling like I’m just going to explode. I would become SO dark red and sweat like many women however this would happen between every 10-40 mins a day. I thought I was crazy, I even wrote them down a few times and yes it would be somewhere between 45-50 hot flashes a day and that didn’t even count the overnight ones. And of course this impacted my sleep. You can’t put your blankets on and take them off every 40-60 mins or take half your clothes off (at night) and sleep well. A co-worker’s gyne suggested this for her PMS. She suggested it to me and we figured ‘why not try?’. OMG!!!! I started on a Wednesday morning. 36 hours later (yes, Thursday night) I slept straight through! I just started my second bottle. I think it’s been like 6-8 weeks. Every so often I may get a warm feeling like ‘oh no, is it coming back???’ But nothing. I have not had any side effects from this either. (Read sometimes GI stuff. But nothing for me). It’s my savior. SO MUCH BETTER! I’M AMAZED!!!
