LOVE these meeting notebooks! I a have two, each with a different design to easily tell them apart and I use them for project tracking books. They keep me organized and I can track several project in one book with the help of the first few pages that provide and index for me to mark what projects are on what pages. These help keep me organized and straight on my project! 10000% recommend!

This is the perfect meeting notebook!!! The size is great! I love the durable cover, beautiful pattern and the cute bookmark that's included. The beautiful sturdy gold spiral binding. But mostly, I love the organized way that it is set up so that you have a table of contents and you make your own page numbers. There's one side to organize all of the important information and action items, and the other side for notes! I love it that the note side has narrow lines which forces me to write smaller and neater. I absolutely love it!!!!

A terrific project management tool! I love the layout. The left page is clearly organized with areas that identify agenda, attendees, action items, etc.. and the right page is for note taking. Space included for next meeting date planning etc. The front of the notebook contains index pages to help locate certain meeting notes. Nice flexible cover that will withstand wear. Just what I’ve been looking for!

I love effective notebooks and this one is perfect. Its sectioned off with plenty of places to write. If your organized, this book is for you.

Do you have more than two notebooks or To Do lists hanging around. I am guilty of creating too many lists, losing them, and then starting all over but with a different purpose. This is my answer; maybe you will love it, too. This is a journal/planner/documentary/history organizer. Two large pages are devoted to each project, and you can use the next two also if your are on fire with ideas. One really key to my admiration for the creator of this organizer is there is a simple INDEX. Yes! You can find that list by recording the title of the project/inspiration/list and page number. Other features are also very helpful, such as shading the list area, and most important notes about the project. You can label the different areas anything you like for each or all lists/projects/development. Oh, and the paper feels goo, and the binder is so pretty!

Great addition to tracking notes from meetings. I usually use a general notebook for all note taking but having a separate one for meetings is helping me to track actions items more concisely. Writing helps me process so I prefer this to using my laptop and task list there as well.
