Perfect to hold my 100lb bag. I managed to shear off the heavy duty eyebolt that held up my bag but this mount gives me confidence it will last. Only downside is the bearings that allow the bag to spin are very good and it doesn't take much to get the bag to spin in a circle. The good thing is that it forces me to hit the bag squarely to prevent that from happening. No worries over uneven wear on the bag. Not cheap but worth it.

Went up quick and easy. The Spring works fine for my 100 lb bag. The only issue I have is the loud Clanking/Clunking/Metal on Metal sound when the bag swings. I have seen some reviews that say the same thing. I guess I just have to get use to it. The wife says it is quieter than the previous setup. Bag is hanging in the basement under the kitchen floor.

Perfect for hanging a heavy bag. I highly recommend hanging a heavy bag using a spring as this helps with vibrations and limits your walls shaking.

Im about to install it. It looks sturdy, time will tell.
