I *love* this stuff. Works exceptionally well and super easy. Just make sure you add to hot oil (sometimes I reheat the oil before adding), mix, it well, and give it time to cool. Recently used to solidify a pot of 2 cups of oil used to deep fry some food. Worried it wouldn't work. Worked perfectly. Oil solidified and came out of the pot in one lump into the trash. Much better than saving old bottles of used cooking oil.
