Works great for the psoriasis in my thick hair. Definitely follow the directions and leave it in for the recommended time. Took about a week (used 3 times a week) and I noticed the flakes had decreased significantly! Will buy again!

This shampoo calms my scalp without making me smell like a railroad tie. It does not work as well as the $30+ brand but obviously doesn’t cost as much either. Leaves my hair looking great too. If I use it a couple times a week it keeps my mild scalp psoriasis basically in control. Expensive stuff heals my scalp faster but smells so bad and makes my hair look flat and lifeless.

I order this monthly for my daughters dry scalp issues. It takes care of the issues no problem. Shampoo does not have a strong smell which is nice. A good value for the price. Does not dry out hair if used with the conditioner.

This item was OK. But I was disappointed because unsweetened cocoa which was supposed to come together with this shampoo - was suddenly cancelled.

I never thought I’d finally find a conditioner that moisturizers my hair without leaving it feeling greasy. Honestly, a lifesaver. The smell is a bit odd but I could care less with how nice and healthy it leaves my hair.

This product came well packaged and in good condition, in a timely manner. For the first time in years I can go several days without maddening itching of my scalp. I have only used it for two weeks, but am optimistic. Sure, the shampoo has a medicinal smell, not nearly as strong as some of the other brands I have tried, but it works! The smell mostly washes out, and the conditioner smells much better. I have naturally curly hair, and therefore frizzy if I don’t use a finishing product. The treatment cream fills this purpose nicely, as well as feels good on my scalp. I don’t mind the smell.
