This cable works very well, especially with Cisco devices. I have used it many times and never had an issue. When you first connect it, you may need to download a driver, but it's very easy to find with Google. The cable length is very decent. Overall would highly recommend it.

This cable worked exactly as expected. I used it to connect to a network switch that was no longer loading the user interface and was completely inaccessible through normal management methods.
