Good coverage and modern.
Good coverage. I got it at a good price . Two of these should cover my entire ( 2 bedroom- approx 900 sqft) house.

No UK plug / adaptor you WILL need to purchase a ‘step down’ converter before using this device in the UK.

Device was working great, but have had some issues with internet connectivity dropping out with this device. Glenn at TP-Link support was very helpful with addressing my issues and replacing the defective unit.

This Wi-Fi 6 ready mesh system is as easy as it gets to set up. Only thing I didn't like is that you must create an account with TP-Link to sign into the mobile Deco app, but once that is set, the setup is a breeze. It took me about 15 minutes to get up an running. If you are not entirely comfortable with computer/networking, it will take longer due to the terminology and features as you learn along the way, but the app helps cut down on time tremendously. It has dual 2.5G Ethernet ports, which is important if you are connecting other devices such as a NAS (think CCTV) and modem. It would be preferable to have additional ports, but in this small form factor and for most households, and you add a second (or more) Deco unit(s) wirelessly, 2 is plenty. The wireless is Wi-Fi 6 ready (not enabled by default) and dual band, 2.4G and 5G with the option to utilize a guest network and also an IoT network with separate SSID and password (2.4G only). My favorite feature is the Network Optimization feature that scans your network for Wi-Fi interference and changes the channel to the best available channel to avoid network interference. This is a big issue in densely populated environments such as apartments and large cities. There are subscription based services available such as web protection, intrusion prevention, and IoT protection, but I have opted not to use these services. After heavy usage and fiddling, I've concluded that this product is good for most households. There are some lagging in my wireless cameras, but most of my other devices (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, smartphones, tablets) have had consistent bandwidth. All in all, an easy to use product that isn't perfect but feature rich value minded alternative to the more expensive system like the Amazon eero 6e.
