Installed this as a direct replacement on an X1-series machine and tolerances were exact — no play in mounting and clean thermistor/heater seating. Heat-up time remained consistent with OEM specs, and I verified temperature stability within ±1–2°C during sustained 220°C PLA and 260°C PETG prints. Nozzle machining appears clean with consistent extrusion width and no visible burrs at the orifice. Flow remained stable even during higher-speed infill passes. Just like I needed. I clogged my other .2mm assembly and this was a quick easy fix to get me back to printing. Perfect bambulabs quality, and prints great for small details.

Bought this at my grandson's request. He said it was the brand he really likes for his 3d printer. He wanted it to make a very intricate model of a popular theme-park in Orlando that they visit as a family. The project was a father's day present and it turned out beautifully.

Looked to be OEM, also bought rest of assembly to make switching easier/faster. Next time I would just buy a complete hotend to skip assembly. As far as function, I bought this to print stuff with smaller details. I was able to print smaller details a lot better compared to stock hotend.

Very Good Hotend works great for small projects

My P1S now prints like it did when it was brand new. It’s amazing how a single part can make a world of difference.
