These tablets have helped me by adding the necessary good bacteria when dental procedures wiped out all bacteria in my mouth...bad and good. I am very happy that they have helped to reduce my gum soreness and now I can brush my teeth again with no pain and I have healthy looking gums again. They are easy to chew or I just let them dissolve slowly, they taste as described.

Unfortunately they are delicious I could not stop eating them and keeping to the recommended dosage!

Great Product
This product is very minty and soon after chewing it I felt a difference in my mouth, especially my teeth it felt smoother. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and have no issues with it. The quality is good and its value for money is fair , could be cheaper for me, but I definitely recommend this product because it works .

Feels helpful
Possibly doing a good job โฆ certainly freshens mouth and seems to help gums keep good. Maybe helps me look after my teeth - never sure how much is psychological
