Where is it made? China?

Accepted Answer

Taking a bunch of Chinese made goods and stuffing them in a sac on US soil does not constitute Made In America!  Also anybody can claim to be a US Veteran
with zero way to validate it.  Amazon needs a certification program for sellers claiming to be US veterans.  Google FREDDY YUANIPING CHEN, and Bowen DU and decide for yourself if they are US Veterans, who knows.
If they are gonna lie about these being made in America, what else are they willing to lie about?

Under the FTC’s Enforcement Policy Statement on U.S. Origin Claims, a marketer can only make an unqualified claim that a product is of U.S. origin if such product is “all or virtually all made in the United States.”   Federal Trade Commission, “Made in USA” and Other U.S. Origin Claims, 62 Fed. Reg. 63755, at 63768 (Dec. 2, 1997).  A product that is all or virtually all made in the United States is a product “in which all significant parts and processing that go into the product are of U.S. origin,” and the product should contain only a negligible amount of foreign content.  The marketer making a claim of U.S. origin must also have a reasonable basis for such claim and have competent and reliable evidence to support the claim.

Is there a compression bandage and a tourniquet?

From a military perspective (treating traumatic injuries), "IFAK" should not appear in the item description.  This is a VERY good first aid kit, but you have to buy multiple additional items on your own to make it an "IFAK", including compression/Israeli bandages, tourniquets, chest seals, QuikClot, burn dressing, etc.

What is the shelf life / expiration of  kit contents before it's time to replace/rotate out?

Not sure, most of this stuff is really stable, it's mostly bandages and gauze tape and a few survival bits. I have no idea what the shelf life of the light sticks is but I can't imagine rotating any of it any more than every 10 years...
