Quality is superb! I tried the ceremonial vs the Imperial and there is hardly any difference so I'm staying with this one. Perfect, smooth, never bitter taste. Blend is finely ground and smooth. Nice size, lasts for about 2 weeks (I drink 1-2 cups a day). A bit pricey but work it because of the quality and tase. Super easy to use. I make mine with water.

It’s too expensive. It has all the qualities people love about good matcha, but I can get Element Matcha $10 cheaper for 30 g and $20 cheaper for 100 g. It wasn’t THAT great. That’s all.

The macha went through my sifter with just a few shakes. The taste was above average to my liking. The matcha foamed well and the tea had a dark bright emerald color. I drink the matcha before exercising.

A well balanced matcha. Smooth taste but requires sifting. Produces exceptional froth. Nice color. Bordering on pricey.
