First of all I don't use it in sling mode because I just don't like sling. I use it as my tech organizer mostly in caddy mode. Since it can also hold my Alpaka Zip Clutch (for documents) and Lenovo Y700 so I hope to use this as personal item while traveling. I also strongly suggest you to watch youtube review videos about this pouch, there are a tons and it's just easier to see them go into details in the videos. This pouch is built like a tank—seriously impressed with how tough and well-made it feels. I’ve been using it daily in “caddy mode” and it’s been amazing. Everything is just right there when I need it. What I carry in it: • Lenovo Y700 tablet (similar size to an iPad Mini) • Alpaka Zip Clutch • Tons of cables • AirPods Pro 2 + Nothing Ear 2 earbuds • Power bank • Pens, accessories, TSA lock, sleeping mask • And somehow… it all fits! Pros: • Extremely sturdy build – feels water-resistant and premium. • Caddy mode is awesome. Just unzip it and everything’s organized and ready to grab. • Front mesh pouch is clever: it’s accessible from both inside and outside. Right now I use it to hold a bunch of pens, but it also fits a portable battery perfectly. I can definitely see myself using that setup while traveling—just unzip the front to grab a charging cable without even opening the main pouch. • Holds way more than you’d expect for the size. Cons: • Not cheap. I got it for $84 during a sale (regular price is $105), and I still think it’s worth it. • The zippers felt stiff at first, but they’ve broken in nicely. • The zippered compartment inside the main area is quite flat. Folding cash fits fine, but laying it flat is awkward. There are some small stretchy pouches inside that zipped compartment too—probably meant for SD cards or SIMs, but I haven’t found a use yet. Final thoughts: If you’re into well-made, smartly-designed EDC gear, this one’s a winner. The organization, durability, and sleek look make it perfect for daily use or travel.

Overall, this is a nice bag that's big without feeling too cumbersome. My favorite aspect is that its opening can sit parallel to the hip despite it also working as a crossbody, so with the wide mouth held open by magnets, it's super easy to rummage through it and pull things out. The quick magnetic detachment piece is a nice touch to the strap, and you can change how you attach the strap so it works for either right or left side usage. The only issues I had were the zipper wasn't as smooth as I would have liked for opening, but that might have improved with more usage. I also felt like the right magnetic point on the front to hold down the flap wasn't as strong as I was expecting, and it seemed like I had to really push it down to have it stick open. But it still worked well, and I'd recommend the bag for anyone who needs this size. I ultimately decided to go for their Mini Vertex, the 2L, because I wanted something smaller.

As a storage pouch, it’s awesome. The design is great and impressive. Plenty of organizing options. Was a little too big for my EDC bag, and the structure too bulky for using as a sling. So while I did ultimately decide to return this, it was merely because it didn’t quite fit my own use case. That said, it’s a freaking awesome pouch and I’d highly recommend. Still looking for a way to maybe integrate into my EDC so I can buy again 🤷‍♂️

Alpaka Mini: Great Size, Problematic Strap Next up was the Alpaka Mini, a compact sling bag that seemed perfect for lighter carry days. It’s made from high-quality, weather-resistant materials, and it does a much better job at organization than the Peak Design Sling. The dedicated pockets and compartments make it easier to keep things in place, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the Alpaka Mini has one major downside: the strap. It just doesn’t hold up. The strap constantly loosens, requiring frequent adjustments, and it’s non-removable, so you’re stuck with it. This flaw became a dealbreaker for me. A good sling bag should be comfortable and stay in place, and this one simply didn’t. Vertex Pouch: The Perfect Combination Finally, I came across the Vertex Pouch, a sling bag that seemed to offer everything I was looking for. The design is minimalistic but thoughtful, with excellent organizational features. The pockets are well-placed, making it easy to keep everything in order and accessible. The strap on the Vertex Pouch is where it truly shines. It’s comfortable, stays securely in place, and offers the flexibility to be removed or swapped out if needed. This level of customization was a game-changer for me, and it made the Vertex Pouch the clear winner in my search for the perfect sling. Conclusion: The Best Sling Bag for Everyday Use After testing these three sling bags, the Vertex Pouch stands out as the best option. It combines style, functionality, and comfort in a way that the others simply don’t. While the Peak Design Sling and Alpaka Mini each have their strengths, they fall short in crucial areas. Got this in the Xpac and it is great. It is hard to choose between this and the Evergoods CAP. Each have their own strengths. This one will fit a switch 1 without any issue along with room to spare. I don't carry this with the strap but it is on the small side.

This is my second Alpaka crossbody-type bag and it's the perfect size for what I wanted. I needed something to hold two cellphones, a battery bank, airpods case, wireless microphone case, my keys, and various miscellaneous items. I do carry around way too many things, but this bag helps me organize them and while it's sometimes packed to the brim, the zippers slide smoothly and functions exactly how you need them to. I also love how it was designed as a tech pouch as well, and how it sits perfectly on a table when not in use. The flap folds over perfectly making this the ultimate tech pouch in terms of versatility. Everything is accessible and organized. My only gripe is the strap, where it sometimes slips and lengthens. It's a minor annoyance to me, but doesn't happen enough times for me to worry about it too much.

This is a feature rich slingbag/desk Caddy. I purchased it for a longer vacation and wanted to see if it was a good option for the Legion Go. Unfortunately for the legion go it does not fit unless you take the controllers off. My ideal setup for traveling with my legion go does not fit. I do use it as a desk caddy to organize electronics when I am not using it as a sling which it is more so a desk caddy than a sling these days. This bag has been durable and is comfortable. It does have better comfort and quality than the bag I actively use for my legion go which is unfortunate. I ended up using this to haul around a bunch of stuff during a 4 day convention which this offered a more compact option than hauling around a back pack. With all of its features, comfort, and durability it is still a really expensive sling. I have since seen some other options at a much lower price point that make the competition more desirable than this bag.

Sinceramente me siento muy decepcionado con esta bolsa. Estéticamente es muy bonita, pero los cierres son extremadamente duros y, al intentar abrirla o cerrarla, se traban justo en las curvas. No sé si están defectuosos o si es una característica del diseño, pero a este precio no es aceptable y compromete completamente su practicidad. He solicitado la devolución y el reembolso.

Sehr schöne Tasche in sehr guter Qualität und nicht so riesig wie befürchtet - genau das Stück größer, als wie ich meine Mini-Variante von dem Hersteller gewünscht habe. Eine tolle, praktische Tasche für mein Smartphone und Zubehör - super!

Lovely quality but just too small for my needs. It'll just about fit a compact mirrorless. If its in a half case then it'll feel v tight. Add in filters and spare batteries etc and it just isn't big enough.
