I had never heard of this type of product, but gave it a try. Well, it works very well! We liked the colors and duration.

Great way to enhance a fire
Great entertainment whether you are burning wood in a wood stove with a glass door or in an outside fire pit. Best to burn to get a nice bed of coals first. I just put one packet on the coals then add another piece or two of wood and the colour display is a pleasure to watch. Coloured flames last 15 to 25 minutes in blues, greens, reds, oranges, and some purples.
