Great brush. Great for blending. Very soft bristles. Excellent value and very durable. Some bristles do come out but that’s normal for bristle brushes.

This appears to be a well made and fluffy blending brush but when used it does tend to shed. Be aware of hairs on your painted surfaces. It does work well for blending areas so I choose to use it and blow the hairs off after use. It has an ergonomically enhanced handle so it fits well in your hand and is long enough to reach across long canvasses and into small areas in sculpting. fast shipping and just as described.. A good buy for the price and does the job. Only downfall is the shedding of loose bristles.

Only issue is while washing, some of the outter bristles start fanning out and don’t want to go back to their original position. Otherwise, great background and blending brush.

My disclaimer: I AM NOT AN ARTIST. I'm a crafter, a dabbler, a mess-maker. I saw someone on YouTube use a 'mop' brush and thought I needed one or more. This brush was a very good price, so I ordered a couple. Then I saw another YouTube video with a cardmaker using very expensive (like $30 for 3) brushes with ink pads for soft stenciling or color wash effect. . I tried this brush with an inkpad and a stencil - LOVE IT. No problem with bristles/hair falling out, just soft color nicely blended. The brush feels wonderful in my hand, and I'm not even trying to clean it, just keeping a brush for each color family and using exclusively for inks. I'll buy more to try with paints. Completely recommend.

Horrible quality, hair fell out while painting and cleaned it an all brissel fell out. And in order to get credit or a new one they want me to return it

I purchased this product because of a recommendation made by fine artist Lisa Lachri (via her You Tube channel #LachriFineArt. She suggested that these brushes were a good value when on sale and that she had purchased them via Amazon...and she even gave the link. I thought you couldn't get any better than a recommendation from someone you watch create fine art on a weekly basis. I was not disappointed! I really like the performance of these brushes (I bought more than one) for softening brush strokes when using acrylic paintings. I believe she also uses them for the same with oil paints, but I do not work in that medium, so I cannot confirm using them with oil paints. So, if you are a new painter, like me, or a true professional, like Lisa, I think you'll like these mop brushes.

The shedding was obvious as soon as I removed it from the package. Doesn’t feel thick as it should be for blending. We’ll see. I guess you get what you pay for.

The brush is okay? I find the bristles to be soft and the clear handle to be comfy. There are some manufacturer mess ups and some details are wrong but it works and hasn’t fell apart so I give it all stars. I’ll update if it has a issue that I am not the cause of.
