I purchased this for my son and he gives it "a bunch of thumbs up". A very smooth system with super graphics and a perfect platform for Garage Band. Highly recommended.

I've always been a big fan of Apple products - I have an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch - but I'd historically used a windows-based product for my computer needs. My HP laptop was getting a bit dated so I decided to treat myself to this iMac and I'm so happy that I did. The Apple operating system took a little getting used to but it was easy to learn using simple google searches for anything I couldn't figure out. I do use Microsolft Office and OneDrive and that was super easy to install and get up and running. I like to have my OneDrive files on the cloud and on my computer so I knew I needed to upgrade the memory to 512GB fit all my photos. One reviewer had given a poor review because he had not ordered an iMac with enough memory but that's user-error in my opinion. You need to figure out how much memory you need before ordering. Anyway, I'm now 10 days in and I couldn't be happier. The screen is beautiful and the colors of everything are more vibrant and true than any previous computer I've had. I will never go back. I'm now an Apple computer convert for good :-)

After 8 years, we purchased another Mac desktop. It has the sleek appearance of an Apple product, with the functionality I’ve come to expect with their products. The soles of the device is much faster than our older Mac, which is expected. I do wish when my husband had looked at the amount of memory when he purchased it, as our last Mac had 1TB and this had only 250 GB. Looks like I will be investing in some external drives for memory storage. Still, ease of use and set up that I have come to know from Apple products.

My wife had a Sony “Other software” unit the updates and constant changing and pop ups from the “Security” was driving her crazy. So I gave in and bought her this! She is in love with it it’s very easy to navigate for her because she has other apple products which are now all linked up without much effort from her. The printer hooked up it was just plug and play, a few things she will have to learn but nothing too terrible and as we are in our older years that’s good less to remember the better! The text is nice an large navigation is easy straight out the box it was waiting to go, no need for lengthy updates and security checks all in all a very nice well built well packaged product as to be expected from the top company. Delivery was swift again package perfectly. As you will see I also purchased a hub at the bottom the screen rest on it perfectly easier to access ports and has built in different ports like for memory cards. So far so good, 😊 ease of access and set up has made my day because the wife is not a techno geek and likes things digestible, keyboard is smaller than expected but adequate and has built in fingerprint reader so No worries for typing those pesky passcodes every time! There are tons of bigger keyboards on this site. In fact we are now glad it is smaller because we didn’t have as much room as we thought. If you have apple products or are thinking like we were to switching across, then this transition is a doddle I was apprehensive but now I wish I had done this ten years ago. Live and learn.

I upgraded from an Intel 2019 27" Mac. It was an impulsive decision and I regret it, but it is a better computer. The computer is much faster, but not enough to warrant the upgrade. It was very easy to set up. Everything loads faster and the apps from the phone that work are a huge improvement to logging in to the usual junky websites places that are mostly app based create. I think 27" is too much, so I must be weird. The regret is really that it's not much of an improvement over the 2019. I thought bluetooth 5.3 would be better than 4. whatever it is, and it makes no difference. My headphones cut out when I go in my kitchen. I think it's worse. I also thought wallpaper would work with the new chips, it does not. I don't know why they can't figure that glitch out. It happens all the time for years, then it goes away for years, then it comes back. There's some funkiness with Music which makes me have to quit and restart it too, but that continues unabated as well. Basically it solved none of my problems with the 2019. I was also worried there wouldn't be a new one for years (since there wasn't last time) and that they are going to stop updating the OS on the 2019 soon, probably next year. It probably wouldn't have been a big deal though, because the 2019 is still a wonderful machine and they still do security updates for years. The 2019 has so many ports and a huge drive. I bought the midrange one so I'd get more ports since it was the same price as the low end at the time, so it was a good discount. It's 5 stars for an upgrade from something really old. It's a 3 for me.

Wife desired to get a desktop to start doing social media so she prefers apple products. We purchased this with the mini box thingy lol. Both were easy to set up, desktop came with mouse and keyboard. Love the display and all the features that it comes with. She did purchase the Microsoft suite which can be shared with a few other computers in the home. I recommend and you do the have the option to purchase apple care.

Apple, what can you say… they’re just awesome inside and out. Until you crack the screen moving and now I feel like I’ve injured my child lol… not sure of the warranty, can anyone advise?

I love my Imac. I had my last one for over ten years. This new one is user friendly. The updates are done in a flash. The keyboard and mouse sync up with bluetooth easily. The only surprise was that the ports are small and I cannot plug in my older keyboard that has the ten key pad on it. I miss that. I do run a game on my Imac that has a lot of graphics. This iMac runs the game beautifully. I could not ask for more. thank you, Apple Get this computer. You will not be disappointed.

Nice daily operations at the office, like the color and come all in, no CPU is the best thing ever, I never had or will use a PC in my life. Well that time and a job they try to take me, I quit. Apple is the industry stand for happiness
