I cleaned the window and the film and vacuumed but then made the mistake of setting the film on the couch and a few pieces of dust got between the film and window but if you are very patient the and apply the film a little at a time you can peel it back and wipe.the dust then it gets rid of the bubble. Without the dust to in the way instalation is smooth. Amazing product and if you have a projector or one of those holiday projectors you can project from the inside when its frosted and the image is crystal clear when viewed from outside.

I purchased this as recommended for the Smart Film - PDLC Smart Film Adhesive Smart Film. After reaching out to customer service, which just frustrated me even more. I decided to return the adhesive film before it was too late. Anyway, this was a waste and unfortunately this product couldn't be refunded. I'm posting this review because there might be others like me who may currently be hesitant to purchase this like I was at that time only to later regret it.
