Previously used MyProtein creatine and in comparison this product is far more enjoyable, the two previous creatines I have tried specifically from that other brand seemed to clump easily and had a consistent bit of powder floating throughout the drink. With this product the flavour is really tasty and the mixture with the recovery supplements is great. Will be buying again, noticed strength improvements already.

I have tried many other brands, but this one out does them all. feel i get the most pump in my workouts using this and gives me great energy that i need to get through my intense hour and a half workout. You can not get results without replenishing your bodies needs. This is where this comes in big time! It makes you have an awesome recovery time! I take a scoop right when i get up to get me going on a good start and then put another scoop to a gallon of water when working out! this is a great technique to get gains! The flavor is also awesome, even when adding one scoop to a gallon of water the taste is still delicious. A little bit about Legion- branched-chain amino acids (particularly leucine) stimulate protein synthesis, and might do so to a greater extent than a normal protein on its own. Legionalso increase synthesis of the cellular machinery responsible for carrying out the process of protein synthesis. This supplement is great! I can tell it has made a huge difference in my muscle recovery post workout. I am still sore, but maybe about 20% of what I would be without this product. If you are looking to add a supplement that actually works to your routine, this is an amazing option!
