Finally a comparable option to the big name brand that actually looks good. I have been using the name brand strips for years. I decided to try these and was very surprised. The quality is excellent, they stick very well throughout my entire sleep/exercise cycle, and they are very comfortable. I noticed slightly better airflow and they look great in my opinion. Will definitely be purchasing again!

If you have actual breathing problems these will not work for you. They are not strong enough to move your nostrils.

The adhesive on these is not sticky enough they literally fall off within 15 minutes of putting them on.

Excellent! They stick very well to clean skin and helped my breathing during sleep and exercise. I also love the black color, just looks better than the tan strips in my opinion. REM Tape is a great brand, highly recommended!
