Prime Cellutions (one of many entities under the Amazon Renewed store) delivered this item (S24+ 256Gb Black, unlocked) a day faster than promised and it arrived well packed in what appears new condition - zero scratches and unlocked as promised. Also included was a USB-C 20W UL listed wall wart, short C to C cable and screen protector. When first turned on you should be aware that the previous carriers splash screen and ecosystem may appear installed but this will be replaced with your carriers when the sim/esim is updated to your carrier. SIM status was listed as no SIM restrictions - and indication of unlocked-ness. After moving my SIM to this phone it connected to Verizon immediately and worked great. Using SmartSwitch to migrate from previous phone worked smoothly and I was up and running after about an hour of migration (via wifi in my case.) Be advised there are many different sellers under the Amazon Renewed storefront, so this review is specific to my interaction with Prime Cellutions - your mileage may vary with different sellers but I will definitely consider Prime Cellutions again.

I finally upgraded to the S24+ after having an S20 FE for several years. I loved that phone, however, I like this one even more. The phone was refurbished but seemed to be pretty much in perfect condition. I'm only giving the phone 4 stars because it didn't arrive in it's original box or packaging. However, it did come with the original accessories so that was nice. I'm not particularly techy or picky when it comes to phones, but it works fine and does everything I need it to do without an issue. I like the sleek look along with the color (purple is my favorite color so naturally I had to get Cobalt Violet) and the phone has a sturdy feel to it. Unless something crazy happens, I plan on keeping this phone for the next few years and recommend it to anyone who is also looking to upgrade.

Upgrading from a S20 FE. I received my S24+ the next day and it's in good condition. No obvious scratches, pixels are fine. Phone worked fine putting in my old sim card. It came with the previous owner's screen protector still on it, which at least gave me a little protection for a day while I checked out the phone to see if it was ok and then ordered some tempered glass protection, the one on it was just a film. About the biggest negative I can find is that battery is at 90% health according to Accu Battery, but that's not a shock. I expected I may want to replace the battery in a year or two, but I also take care of my batteries. The S20 with a new battery that I've had for 3 years is still at 100% health. Speed wise, this is definitely faster booting up and opening apps than the S20. Overall, I'd say this is a great relatively cheapish upgrade if you need one, and getting it from Amazon you've got 90 days to check it out to make sure it works ok.

Hate that this keeps popping up on my 'unlocked' phone. When I got it the phone was dirty to the point the speakers were clogged and the charging port had nasty stuff in it. Overall not a horrible phone/ experience, phone runs great and speakers work great now they're cleaned. Setup was easy. I have a screen protector and case on it and drop it a million times so it's durable.
