Very comfortable, easy set up, came with handy tool (star wrench?) to tighten screws. Once I discovered 'waterfall' seats, the kind with a curved front so as not to put pressure on the back of your leg, that was a condition for my chair shopping. Admittedly I bought this great chair because it was affordable, but I really scored. The cushion is plush, the whole chair is bigger than the junker I had and I was glad it had raisable arms in case it wouldn't fit all the way under my desk, but it isn't too big at all slides up under desk even with arms down, and doesn't crowd my tiny office in the slightest. When we began assembly, we didn't notice right away that it came with instructions that were under the seat, but it wasn't hard to assemble anyway. This is a great chair. The handy pocket behind the back is another plus.

This is the third Sweet crispy chair I have purchased of this particular style. I haven't bought the other two as replacements, but because these chairs are so good for the price - it's the first one I look at when I need another chair; and ultimately it is a great choice for the price. The hardware package is neatly labeled, and the instructions are fool proof. Assembly couldn't be easier because everything is clearly laid out. You even get an allen wrench with a handle that is easy on the hands. This chair is very ergonomic and adjustable. The cushion is comfortable even for long hours of sitting, and the fold up arms are great for storing under desk or just putting them out of the way if you need to. My first one I bought is still going strong after three years of regular use. The frame is sturdy and the wheels roll freely on hard surfaces, I don't know about carpet, but I have used one on a low pile area rug and it was great, Really you can't go wrong with this chair if you are on a budget, or if you just want a good chair - period.

Great price-to-performance for a comfortable, everyday office chair. All the listed features are accurate in real use, and for this price range it genuinely feels like a more premium chair than expected. The chair is easy to install and easy to use. Easily handle over 400 lbs. Easy to clean and steady. I love it.

She loves it! She loves that it’s pink and not black like my office chair that she was using. She takes pride in keeping it clean because it’s a light color. I’ m so happy that she’s happy! I am a 5’9 and it’s comfortable for me as well. So if you’re wondering if it’ll fit a tall grownup the answer is yes! Let me tell you, no exaggeration the seat cushion is very soft and comfortable! There’s no flimsiness about this chair, it’s sturdy and not a lightweight. Oh and the handles are adjustable meaning they can be raised up or down which idk the purpose really, but another great feature is that the wheels glide beautifully. My only wish is that they had locks on them, but besides that, this chair is a winner! Great value for the money!

Desk chairs are notorious for being expensive, so I was skeptical when initially looking to purchase this. But after doing research and reading the reviews, I decided to finally get it. First off, it was easy to put together. The instructions were very clear, and no parts were missing when the chair arrived. I was able to put it together in about an hour or so. I love the breathable mesh back--great for when it's hot during the summer! The chair is a lovely, light grey and looks great in my apartment. It's easily adjustable for the perfect height and incredibly sturdy and quiet. I love that it has armrests that can be moved up to tuck it under a desk, if needed, or simply moved out of the way. The mesh backing also has a little pocket in the back for documents or something small to hold. The cushion is very comfortable--I never feel sore or uncomfortable after a long day of work at my desk. It rolls around easily and quietly along the floor and is very stable. I can even lean back comfortably in my chair without feeling as though I will fall over. Overall, a great investment! I would buy this chair again, if I needed to!

Chair is very comfortable and of quality. It was very easy to put together, the instructions were well explained. The cushion is wonderful for extended periods of sitting. Since the arms lifted up, it is very easy to get in or out of.

This was really easy to put together in about 1.5 hours by myself. The instructions were clear and helpful. The chair is comfy and easy to adjust. I love the pink color a lot. It is a great size and I like that the arm rests move.

It’s a stuedy, well-made desk chair. The cushion is firm and the color looks great. Easy to assemble and is the perfect size for someone petite (I’m 5’1’’)
