So much better!!
Great padding! It fit the barbell perfectly and I was shocked at the difference it made in my hip thrusts. Looking forward to testing it out with barbell squats next! I would prefer not to deal with Velcro. This pad stayed secure without it.

This is the best pad I’ve ever used for hip thrusts. I go HEAVY on weight and it didn’t hurt my hip bones at all! 10/10!

Does the job
Great product. Use it to pad the bar for doing back squats and hip thrusts. Had it slip off once while using but just need to place it better I guess. Would be nice if it closed all the way around the bar.

Not a good fit
Does not fit well on the bar. Spoke to customer service and they were wore than I expected. They asked for photos when I was at the gym next and sent them that exactly. They said it was normal. Tried 2 different colors same result

Good gym bar
I recently purchased this to help with my squatting ability and hip thrust at the gym. The thickness of the pad is good quality and it doesn’t hurt your skin. Definitely worth the value For the money.

Didn't really work for me.
I didnt really like it, channel seems too small for standard bar, and would always end up popping off doing squats; I ended up getting a safety bar.
