This so easy to use.nice to have all photos and videos downloaded to a memory stick. Looks just like the photo. I like that all the ports have plastic covers on them.

I'm happy with this device in all respects but one. It works very well on my iPad, Mac and PC, it's easy to use and it's very fast. It copies files of all sorts: pictures, video and data files. But ....I cannot get it to work on my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone, although the description says it works with Android phones. When I plug it into my phone and go to backup settings it either wants to transfer files to a new phone, or it says I need to format the flash drive, which I don't want to do because I don't know what effect that would have on its functionality with the other devices (and it would delete all the stuff I've already put on it). There are various "file management" apps in the Google play store, but from the descriptions it's hard to know which, if any, will make it possible to transfer files to/from my Android phone. If I can figure this out I'll update my review to 5 stars. For those who have an iPhone I heartily recommend this little gizmo; it will probably work perfectly for you.

This was worth EVERY PENNY SPENT… Honestly I bought this because I was tired of this ole iPhone always telling me it’s full.. One of my church sisters sent me this link and I went out on a limb and bought it.. BEST PURCHASE EVER IF YOUR HESITANT THATS OK… but believe me it works and it’s easy to use. I put it in my phone when I went bed. I couldn’t really sleep I kept checking the drive… it’s a but slow but It works

I needed a way to transfer my pictures from my iPhone and iPad to clear up some space. This was easy to use, and it allowed for the downloading of the pictures quickly and without any problems. It is small enough to put in my purse and take with me if I want to share some pictures. Great value for the money.

I was excited to get this because I needed to get my gazillion photos and documents and music off of my Samsung 20 FE to tranfer to my new Iphone. Each time I plugged it in to my phone port, it said phone charging and would not recognize the IDiskk and it would not allow me to change to storage download. Frustrated, I plugged into my laptop where it also did not allow me to copy anything. As a last resort, it allowed me to format. When I plugged it back into my phone, it suddenly recognized the Idiskk and allowed me to copy and tranfer all my files. I transferred my files to my laptop but when I attempted to put the stick back into my phone, I had the same error issue...phone charging! The only way I could get it to work was to re-format once again. I finally accomplished what I set out to do but not without spending several hours. I turned to you tube and also downloaded the manual. Not easy to follow. Ultimately, I ended up transfering my files to my one Terabyte Microsoft cloud drive. Not certain yet if I'm going to return this! I was hoping to store all my data on this small device, but with the glitch when plugging it in, I'm not sure it's worth the time spent trying to get it to work properly.

I bought this to back up a device. It’s cheaply made. They include a little tether which is so easy to break as to be useless. The instructions are written in about 3 pt type. HARD TO READ!! Also, the instructions weren’t accurate to the process of installation and use. It’s kind of hit and miss. Also, you know how when you turn your device the screen reorients? With this software that doesn’t happen. Also, it only copied photos. I couldn’t get it to read any other files. When I contacted “customer support” they said yes it should read everything on the device but neglected to inform as to how to make that happen. Don’t waste your money.

I am a big advocate for backing up the pictures from your phone. Yes, we do have Google photos and iCloud. But if you take a lot of pictures, do you really want to be reliant on the cloud? Imagine having to download thousands of pictures from the cloud or if the cloud is ever hacked. This is a great way to have a copy at your fingertips at all times. It works for iPhones and androids as well as being a thumb drive for your computer. It’s a much faster way to transfer photos than the traditional way of plugging in your phone cord to the laptop. I recommend this to everybody.
