US to Asia - Dyson Airwrap
I didn't expect for the transformer itself to be so heavy, but omgggg this has been a lifesaver as someone who got a Dyson Airwrap as a gift in the states. I live in SEA so I was scared of plugging this right in. This transformer has been a lifesaver! Been styling my hair with no problems from the airwrap and the transformer itself. Definitely worth the purchase!

Using the device to power a bidet imported from Japan. It's on 24/7 and works well. The passive power consumption with the bidet plugged in is around 6w. The device itself is extremely heavy and feels well built. Operating noise and heat are very low. The only downside is the high price, which is still in line with similar devices.

Not able to use this product.
I brought this product to use my Dyson Airwrap, but when I plug this to the power socket my apartment power trips. I checked with the maintenance electrician and they tell me this product cannot work. I have not used it, can I return this back.

Can it be left on?
Is the transformer designed to be left on all the time (but not in use)? Or should it be switched off when not in use?
