Absolute Garbage!
Update: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! PC was purchased in September and crashed by May leaving it unable to be repaired. Reached out to seller for assistance and they sent out a replacement PC which I have yet to be able to use. The replacement PC came with a damaged video card, leaving it, unable to transmit video data to the monitor. Contacted technical support again and here I am one week later with still no solution insight. I was told a week ago that they were going to email me a return shipping label to send the damaged video card back, when I called this morning because I hadn’t received that label, tech-support informed me that they had more questions regarding the problem and had yet to process the replacement. 1st review: WiFi card runs a lot slower than I expected and fans are a little loud. For the price it’s not a bad little pc. When it’s time to update, you’ll need a whole new computer as the components are all built in. Had PC warranty when they sent me back a new PC the video card parts were dented, had to call them again and they sent me out a new video card a week later and I had to install it myself. When I receive the new computer it does not have the same equipment installed as the old one.It had an older processor and motherboard. It had a older processor and motherboard than the original computer had this company is an absolute fraud and I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Great product for the price
Ordered this for my daughter 21st birthday. PC arrived and didn't work. Had a professional come out to hook it up and he said post was defective. So got refunded and re-ordered PC. Her new PC works beautifully. If you order this product, make sure you get the product protection plan with it. Just in case it messes up out of the Amazon refund window of 30 days!

Terrible. Just Terrible.
Upgradeable? Not even close. Value? Not worth it. I got this PC faulty where I had to do a stupid repeat of unplugging stuff, and it'll not even run more than an hour. Tried to replace the power supply but guess what? Can't even use the new one since Everything only works that branded one. Just save your money and don't buy this.

NOT A GAMING PC
DO NOT buy this if you are a gamer. The listing states it can run games like Fortnite & Call of Duty. It CANT! It can only play low graphics games like Minecraft or Roller Coaster Tycoon. You cant even change out the graphics card, because the manufacturer of the motherboard ISNT LISTED. This is only good for checking emails & playing solitaire. I wouldn't even recommend it for editing or work. It's an overpriced low quality PC, with the bare minimum specs, up-charged because of its LED lights.

Shoud get tossed off Amazon
Got this for my grandson not 6 months ago and now it will not boot up, contacted theresupport and they said its past the 90 days and they will not do ANTHING! This is a SCAM company new buy from them !

FRAUD ALERT! Video card doesn’t work
Do not buy! Computer doesn’t work out of the box. Video card doesn’t work. Tried updating drivers, downloaded AMD (manufacturer) drivers and error says configuration not supported. See pictures. Drivers can’t be installed or updated through device manager or from AMD themselves. This computer is a scam. Tried calling support and it sends you to an automated message loop where no one answers.
