Broken when I received it
Iโm very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesnโt work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.

Shoutout to INTEO and LILIANA for incredible customer service!` Iโve been using my INTEO red light therapy mask since January and absolutely love it, but it unexpectedly stopped working recently. Dealing with product defects can be a headache, but INTEO made it incredibly easy. I emailed their support and worked with LILIANA, she was an absolute lifesaver. She was so courteous and helpful. She got back to me in just a few hours, and by the next day , she had already arranged to ship out a brand-new replacement mask! I've been using this mask regularly and I'm very happy with it. It's comfortable to wear, easy to use, and the different light modes are a nice feature. Happy with results from this mask
I've been using this mask 3-4 times a week for about 2 months now and I'm very happy with the results. My skin feels firmer and looks smoother. The mask can pinch a little around the nose and eyes but can be adjusted to make it more comfortable.
