Very comfortable! Runs long & narrow across arch
Absolutely love these shoes! They look great and are amazingly comfortable without having to break them in! I will definitely order online again. The price is really good and you don't have to worry about one shoe being stretched out or worn from being on display. And sometimes you'll see the finish or cut slightly different with a pair, but these were exactly the same.SIZE - I highly recommend checking your size in a store before ordering. I find Clarks to run a little long and very tight across the arch. I typically wear 7 Medium, but in Clarks discovered 6.5 Wide fit me perfectly. I have never worn a wide before, so If I hadn't tried Clarks in wide in a store first, I would not have purchased the shoes as my typical size range simply didn't fit or feel right. I recently purchased 4 pair of Clarks shoes, from casual to dressy, and found their sizing consistent.

Finally a womens shoe that fits.
Arch support is somewhere between yes and no, so did not answer that one. I have feet that are hard to fit for women's shoes. First pair of Clarks I have ever owned. So far I love them. I was able to try the same shoe on at the store, but it was a brown pair and I needed black. Price at the store (Shoe Department) was a lot better than this site, but they were not allowed to order this size in a black wide width. Brown, yes but not black. Stupid if you ask me. I have tried on other Clarks and I can't say that the sizes are always consistent from one style to another. I plan to visit the Clarks outlet as soon as I have an opportunity because I love the way these shoes feel on my feet.

I always use Clarks as my go to work shoes. I had to replace a pair that I had worn almost every day for 2 years with these shoes. So far they are very comfortable and are not falling apart (I am on my feet and walking around 8+ hours a day). As others have mentioned, the toe area on the top of the shoes are starting to wear, but a little shoe shine and a buff should take care of it. Overall I'm happy and expect these to last a good couple years of heavy duty use.

These were made for my feet
I ordered these for a graduation ceremony that I was attending as a guest. I was worried about wearing new shoes for a long function. I took an extra pair of shoes assuming there would be issues. These shoes were made for my feet. Please note that I do have small narrow feet. I looked at many different shoes and their reviews, These are comfortable, made well, look great with slacks(maybe even jeans-have not tried yet) and they fit so great I didn't have to wear them in with blisters and band aids. The shoes I used for functions prior are now considered "vintage". I like to pick shoes that will last for many years. I made the right choice.

Sorry to say it but they're long, narrow, and ugly
I am sooo disappointed in these shoes. I ordered them in the exact same size as a pair of Clarks sandals that I love. I got the C/D width but they are extremely narrow. Had I not seen the label, I would have guessed these were narrow-width shoes. They are also way too long. And I'm afraid they are rather unattractive. They have a severe appearance to them. The little folds in the leather on the top looked more subtle in the photo, but in real life just look kind of odd. The shoes have a little velcro strap but the strap doesn't really enable you to adjust the shoe size; it seems to be for appearance only. I've owned lots of Clarks and frankly I've always found the sizing to be inconsistent. When I hit on the right size, they're the best shoes out there, but sometimes the sizing is disappointing, as with these. Now I have to send them back.

Very comfortable shoes!
Love these shoes! I usually wear tennis shoes to work for comfort (I have a sit-stand desk so on my feet about half of the day) but I need to dress up occasionally and wanted to find comfortable dress shoes that I could wear all day. After a few bad choices that I ended up sending back, I found these Clarks. They are actually MORE comfortable than my tennis shoes and I will be buying them in another color. I have narrow feet but still usually do OK with size 11M (medium, not narrow) which is what I got and the little tab on the side adjusts just a bit to give me a snug enough fit.

Love these shoes
I love these shoes!! I am ordering my third pair as the price is great right now and I don"t want to be without a back up pair of these !! I stand all day and after thirty two years of being on my feet for eight hours a day my feet have some issues. I have NO arches left and my feet hurt when I wear any other shoes . I always want to have a new pair of these shoes on hand because my feet don't hurt at all when I wear them. These are my "go to" shoes.

Lack of Durability/Quality
I hardly ever write reviews, but I'm really upset about these shoes. I received these shoes in late August (less than three months ago) and I have already had to replace them. I've been using Clarks for a while now, my exclusive work brand, but these do not live up to the brand's reputation. They have become unglued at the seam and make a strange sound every other step. They were comfortable while they lasted, but can't believe how quickly they fell apart. I'm starting my search for a new brand.
