I cannot express how effing awesome (and simple to use) this is
Ok, so here it is, I cannot express how effing awesome (and simple to use) this is! Some may say I go overboard with my Halloween decorations, and they may be right, but this year my Halloween decked house did not seem finished without spider webs. So I searched for something quick and easy to use without disturbing my already placed decorations ( I hate using that annoying cheap fiber that never seems to completely clean up - I still have bits hanging on my deck from 2 years ago). I found this item, watched a video, and I was sold. OMG, not only was this easy to use, but it was fun too, and the cleanup was effortless!

Made my Halloween
I have no idea what some of these folks are talking about. Maybe the version they were sold was an earlier one. The one I received had a metal container, not a plastic one as pictured. There are three different size holes to create different size webs. I just can't say enough good things about this product. It worked beyond all my expectations. A cordless drill might have been an issue. Maybe at lower RPM's the shooter would not work as well. I used an old fashioned corded drill and it worked like magic. It really made my Halloween. They included.an 8 oz. bottle of their web product,(you can order theirs in different Sizes), or you can just use rubber cement.

Product didn't work
Product didn't, work waste of money, couldn't get the web effect nothing came out. Very disappointed. We worked and played with it for an hour but still nothing was coming out. I needed it for a Halloween wedding reception so it was a major fail. Very unhappy about the whole thing wouldn't recommend

Problems in the details, skip to the end to see soloution
I bought the webmaster back in February. Right out of the box, everything seemed simple. No parts missing and a sheet of simple instructions on assembly, use, and cleaning. - Now skip ahead to July/28. As of yet I still have not used the webmaster even for testing, just sat on a shelf waiting for halloween season. So early today, for some strange reason, I started looking at the reviews for this product. And seeing so many bad reviews, I was a little worried. Figured I had better test this thing before I need to use it. Get my drill, attach the webmaster and put in some web goo for testing. I got nothing, slow spin, fast spin, hold it up, point it down, nothing was coming out. Figure I got one that doesn't work, so I start trying to fix it. Put some new holes on the side of the jar. All that came out was some globs of goo. Enlarged new holes, only got slightly larger globs. Then I tried enlarging the holes on top, still nothing. I then sealed my new holes I made trying only the larger holes on the lid. Nada. Finally after thinking, this junk don't work might as well throw it out, I said screw it and dumped the whole bottle of web goo into the cup. And low and behold beautiful stringy webs, just flying out like it was a snow blower. So to all who may have experienced a similar none working product, please try filling up the cup. I do believe that there is a minimum amount of goo that has to be in the cup for it to work. I only wish the sellers would have added that little detail in the instruction.-- start with 3oz of goo in the cup.

Never got it to work quite right
We followed the instructions given with the kit, but it did not work properly. My husband contacted the company and they corresponded through email a few times to try and help us improve our results. While they were very polite and helpful, we never did get the spider webs to come out consistently.
