Cheap but disappointing
I just bought four radios and this pack of the mics. First three we tried you could barely hear out of or didn't work at all. Some the mic didnt work so you could hear but not talk. Eventually we did find four that did work.

Works great
My Church Security Ministry brought 20 Baefung 2-way radios about 5-6 years ago and the original headphones finally needed replacement. I was able to find these and they're great, we have had them for about a month now and they're very dependable, I would definitely recommend for others to purchase. Before ordering please make sure that they're compatible with your radios 👍

Hmmmm
I like the fit and ear pieces are comfortable but it can sound muffled at times. Never had a issue with our new walkies but since we put the ear pieces in we have more issues hearing each other.

RESTAURANT BUYS
Another restaurant buy. These were not very reliable. Some would work and some had to be tossed. I need radios and headsets on the weekends when we are pretty. The servers struggled to find working pieced. The ones that did function once connected to the radios would work fine.
