These are wonderful Norwegian vitamins that are high quality and definitely worth the price. You get 3 months worth, this includes all the major B vitamins and has proven to help with my horrendously sluggish energy levels. I do suffer chronic fatigue syndrome (due to other health issues) which is extremely tough to live with. I read about lack of B vitamins and how important they are. I knew this already but this put things in perspective for me. The only problem is that due to biotin being frequently added to multivitamins, I had to be careful. Biotin and thyroid problems is not a good mix as far as apsorption of medication. This is exactly what I needed and I have been taking one a day for the last few weeks. I do feel more energetic. Not like I want to run a marathon, but an improvement. Placebo? Maybe but if you look at my purchase history I've ordered just about anything promoting energy that I can find and barely anything has helped even an iota. While not a solution for everyone looking to get a boost of energy, this is something I will keep taking. It's excellent quality, well sealed and I'm not sure why but I trust Norwegian goods. Probably because I see so little of them so when I do I automatically think how unique that is. Just being honest. Either way, I recommend these and prefer these over other energy or B vitamin supplements I've tried in the past.

I’m very careful when it comes to ordering vitamins and supplements. I tend to shy away from those manufactured in China and other places from which you can never really be sure of what is in the product. I’ve been to Norway, though, and feel quite confident that they have stringent production controls for drugs, vitamins and supplements, much the same as the USA. And so I’m sure that what’s in the product is precisely what’s described on the label. These are good tablets combining seven essential vitamin B variants in one multivitamin package. It’s a pure product free of allergens, artificial colors, flavors and GMOs. However, it does contain maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose (wood pulp), inulin, silicon dioxide, hydroxpropyl, methyl cellulose and tricalcium phosphate. So, meh, maybe not so pure. (But other vitamin and supplement brands contain many of those same ingredients and many of them are reported to have benefits and positive health impacts. Generally, though, when there are more than two ingredients I can’t pronounce and that I can’t identify, I steer clear.) What happens inside your body, how the vitamins are absorbed or passed through and what positive or negative health effects may or may not result will likely vary from individual to individual. But if you’re inclined to take a vitamin B complex, you can’t go wrong with these.
