I bought 2. One for each car. Both Worked great for 3 months. It’s a nice charger seems to be well built. I have had two others in this brand. However, I have had for 3 months. The cooling fan stopped working. It looks like it’s charging but with no apps open nothing being used on the phone it doesn’t charge. Because of the magnet it registers like it is working but phone drops in power over time. Really disappointed in the longevity or lack there of

Bought these as a replacement for the non-Magsafe version of the same holder. More convenient to place phone on the cradle and the fan does extend the time before the screen goes to "dark mode" (overheat protection) when driving in the hot sun. Unfortunately it doesn't completely prevent it even when the car's AC is set in the 60's.

I’ve been using the iOttie Velox Pro MagSafe Compatible Dash & Windshield Car Mount for months now, and while it has many great features, it also has a persistent issue that I’ve had to workaround since day one. Wireless Charging: The wireless charging feature works flawlessly with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It charges efficiently and keeps my phone powered up during long drives. Installation: The installation process was straightforward, and the mount attaches securely to both the dashboard and windshield. The CryoFlow™ cooling system is a nice touch, ensuring the phone doesn’t overheat while charging. Stability: Unfortunately, the mount doesn’t hold the weight of my iPhone 14 Pro Max very well. The phone tends to sway downwards, which has been an ongoing issue. To solve this, I had to use straps to keep it in place, preventing it from moving. This workaround has been necessary since the first day I started using it. Overall Experience: Despite the stability issue, the iOttie Velox Pro is a great car mount for MagSafe iPhones. It provides excellent wireless charging and a secure fit with the additional support of straps. I would recommend it for its functionality and ease of use, but be prepared to improvise if you have a heavier phone like the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I have been using iOttie phone holders for around 10 years now and love them. This one was especially of interest since it provides cooling while charging to keep your phone from overheating. I gave this one 4 stars because the arm could have used some better articulation and where the phone holder attaches to the arm, it needs a way to tighten it, otherwise it starts moving so that your phone starts facing downward.
