Great product! Highly recommend!
I purchased this in November of '24, and we love it!! It is so easy to clean, and I love that it is stainless steel and quiet! I actually made an Amazon influencer video highlighting all the best things about it. Best part, it's so easy to put the lid right back on. You don't have to align anything or mess with any latches... it just pops on and locks into place easily every time! So, if you're thinking about this brand or this specific fountain bowl, get it! It's well worth it! Get two! The cats love it :) ATTN PETLIBRO All that is above is absolutely true. However, last week my fountain stopped working. I have tried to troubleshoot and clean it on my own, but nothing works. The pump just stopped. So... because the video has been doing so well and I would absolutely do another video for y'all if you wanted, could you please send me a new one? Or just contact me so you can help me troubleshoot it further than what I was able to figure out. Thank you! https://www.amazon.com/vdp/0a66eb1665ef4e759430564032c8e2cc?ref_=aipsfvideo&linkCode=ssc&tag=champagneetce-20&src=aipsf

Finally, a Pet Fountain That Doesn’t Make Me Regret Everything
I’ve bought more pet fountains than I’d like to admit, and most of them were loud, annoying, or impossible to clean. This one? Shockingly good. It’s so quiet I kept checking to make sure it was actually running. Set-up took about thirty seconds, and taking it apart to clean is just as painless. You can even get into the motor without feeling like you’re performing surgery—though they mysteriously didn’t include instructions for that part. At least the tray, reservoir, and the little motor-holder-cord-guide-thing all survive the dishwasher like champs. The water flow adjusts (finally), and the basin is big enough that I only refill it once a week for a small dog and a cat. Bonus: I can keep the water shallow enough that my cat doesn’t reenact “Splash Zone Live,” and my dog doesn’t walk away with a soaked beard like he just lost a drinking contest. Filters and foam rings don’t cost an arm and a leg, especially if you grab the off-brand ones. Just don’t skip the foam rings unless you want to sacrifice your motor to the chaos gods. Overall? Quiet, easy, surprisingly well thought out. I’m impressed. And I’m not easily impressed by pet fountains anymore.

Invest more on better if you can
It did its thing very well while it lasted, but the pump stopped working after 6 months. Some cons I’d consider: - The lid is ridiculously hard to take off at times, doesn’t have a proper handle for you to release it when it needs cleaning. You basically have to grab the water spout and pull at the risk of breaking it. - Even though I used filtered water, the metal would stain after a few days of use and it’s tough to scrub those off without scratching the metal. - The cord is not easily removable for when you’re cleaning it so you run a risk of damaging the cable with water Pros: - Silent, you don’t even notice it’s there most of the time. - No leakage, you can move it from the kitchen back to it’s designated space with the lid on comfortably with no spills I’d recommend investing a little more in something more reliable and easy to use & maintain. I’d say it’s a great product for it’s price if only I didn’t have to invest in a new pump after only 6 months.

Pretty good, compared to others, but not perfect for my cats
I have gone through 4 cat water fountains, and they all fail to meet my most basic needs, but this one is at least better than the others I have tried. Note: I have 3 cats, all rescues as kittens, and one needs to be renamed Dennis the Menace because he can and will open EVERY water contraption to play in the water, so I am looking for strong lids or a design that cannot be opened by a clever cat. (Haven't found it yet; he can open this one, too! I have it bungee-corded down and anchored to a plastic bin.) Pros: - cats love it! - very easy to put together, take apart, and reassemble - it holds a lot, so I only have to check the water level every few days, and it will sound slightly different when it is low, so if you pay attention, you will notice that and can refill it - it is very quiet - it is relatively easy to change the filters - pretty affordable, considering size and quiet operation Cons: - with 3 cats, I have to clean it every 3-4 days or it gets GROSS - cleaning is easy, except why are there small holes and areas in the spout and motor design that CANNOT BE CLEANED?! those get SOOOO gross! - the filters get clogged with cat hair and slime buildup pretty quickly, so I am going through them way more frequently than is affordable (I need to change them weekly!) - my cat can still open it by pulling on the spout - I wish the power connection to the filter system could be disconnected at the fountain instead of at the power supply so that it could be cleaned without dragging the power cord with it to the sink

Great stainless-steel water fountain, perfect for small pets
We bought one of the automatic feeders from Petlibro and really liked it, so we decided to try their water fountain as well. We specifically wanted a stainless-steel option because every plastic waterer we’ve owned gets gross way too fast. This one seemed to fit the bill. The design is clean and shiny, and it feels very durable. The fountain keeps the water circulating nicely, and it holds enough that it doesn’t feel like a constant chore to refill. It’s been about a month and I haven’t had to top it off yet, but I only have one cat using it, so your mileage may vary depending on how many are drinking from it. I also appreciate that it came with extra filters. Tracking down replacement filters for other brands can be annoying, so it’s convenient that we can just buy more from the Petlibro store on Amazon when needed. The only minor downside, if you’d even call it one, is that the top bowl isn’t very deep. It works perfectly fine for my cat, and it might even be intentional to keep the water level lower, but personally I kind of wish it were just a bit deeper. That’s more of a picky preference than a real issue though. Overall, I highly recommend this fountain if you need a waterer for a small cat or dog. It’s definitely too small for larger pets, but for small animals it’s a great stainless-steel option that stays clean and works well.

Well built constant runner makes for better filtration
So far I am giving this fountain a 5 star review. It took kitty a bit to drink from it as he was way too fascinated with the flow of water and wanting to bite at the stream - dork. I have only had it a week or so but have not had to change the water out or add any. I do only have one cat, and I use bottled water as we are on a well and we don't drink our own water, too much iron. Anyway, as this fountain is a constant runner and there is no motion sensor, the water is continuously flowing and therefore being filtered better. I also like that you can alter the flow rate right at the spout - other fountains I have had with that feature must be adjusted at the pump inside the unit, this is way more convenient. I know that cleaning this one will be a bit more of a chore as the last few fountains I had were pumpless. Those fountains did not last and/or were not all stainless so they were slimy and had crannies you could not clean. I do also like the Petlibro brand. I am hoping they will come out with a pumpless, wireless, stainless steel fountain. I see on social media that a new start-up has a pumpless, wireless, stainless steel one, but I will wait until that design hits the main market and is priced more reasonably and available from various manufacturers.

Makes Life so Easy !
i’ve never loved a water bowl more. i have 2 cats and it lasts days before having to refill. the filter is amazing !!! when i changed it the first time i could SEE the buildup that it caught and separated ! love the fountain so it keeps water clean. i feel like a bowl makes the still water yucky fast. super easy to set up and take apart for quick cleaning !!

Make Sure You Thoroughly, and I Mean THOROUGHLY Clean It
My cats love this thing. I've been good about cleaning it, or so I thought. If you don't take the little motor apart and scrub the insides, eventually you'll think the pump has broken and believe you have to buy a new one. Before you do that, make sure you really cleaned that little motor. The two sides come off AND the little propellor can come out too. It's magnetic, though, so you'll need a pointy knife or some needle nose pliers to get a grip on it. If it gets gunky, it won't spin, and the pump won't work. It's wonderful, but just throwing the metal parts in the washer and swapping out the filter isn't going to be enough.
