One week used very nice no noise comfortable very compact taking less space easy features upon the whole a very good and sturdy product.

Totally worth it!
Awesome product. However, Please recheck the package properly which you receive to ensure that you received this model. I was sent , wrong model twice. Not sure if it’s intentional!!

Extremely Disappointed — Not What I Expected
I had very high expectations for the KINGSMITH WalkingPad MX16. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing. I faced major issues with the product not matching what was described. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration. As a customer, I expected to receive the correct model and to enjoy the features and quality that were advertised, but my experience was the complete opposite. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. I urge anyone considering this model to double-check all details and be very cautious before making a decision. This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made.

Mind-blowing experience so far.......
The KINGSMITH WalkingPad is incredibly silent and perfectly suited for home use. It’s a very stable machine far better than the other walking machines I’ve used over the years. This experience is truly next level. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact, quiet, and reliable walking solution for their home.

Terrible product and service
Item came damaged. I have paid extra for installation and installation has not yet happened. Amazon does not call or inform the technician to come for installation and will not help on the customer service number. They even hang up calls when you try to get help. Do not trust Amazon or vendors who sell big-expensive products when you pay beforehand.
