bestarc CNC Plasma Cutting Torch, IPTM60 Non-HF Pilot Arc Plasma Cutting Straight Torch, 20FT

Used this on my silatu plasma machine and works and fits great. Cable is much more flexible and useful than the hand torch. The consumables it came with were shaped a little different than the silatu but I switched them over and they seem to work.

Beautiful first test cut. 40 amps on 3/16 4130 chromoly. I set pierce delay too long.

I took the risk of ordering this torch with minimal information if would work with a titanium 45a plasma machine. I had bit on it for the fact this one is a lot cheaper that the other ones by 100-150$. as i read in other reviews that the machine torch they had got worked but this one is missing the on off toggle wiring that i don't need in a CNC table configuration. you do need to rewire the end of the plug, the wires pull out of the back (inside) and the pins on the outside are press fit into the housing. using a good pare of pliers you can bite onto the pin and firmly pull them out to relocate. i relocated them and plugged it all in. i use a crossfire table and found it was best to turn the torch mount/holder upside down and mount the torch that way. 2qt 1/4-20 all thread rods and 2 nuts to open the torch holder up a little bit extra to bite onto the torch body. verry rigid with no play compared to biting onto the cap and having all the leverage. fired it up today and made a test cut, worked perfect. Pin 4 and 7 (pilot arc) moved to pin 5 and 6 along with their wires. Pin 1 and 9 (consumables safety check) moved to pin 8 and 9. no trigger to wire because the plasma table control the machine and not the torch works well so far.
