Amazing berberine supplement. I used this during a 3 day water fast. Not only did it help with the process, it cut down on feelings of hunger pains in between meal times. I use this now for other benefits, such as deleting glycogen stores from my liver. I love that it is dairy-free and free of toxic additives.

Still need to give it some more time, but I think it has helped with appetite.

lucky for you I was the guinea pig for this Berberine/Resveratrol/Quercetin/ALA combo and here's what i found: I performed a a simple test [to mimic how/if the pills will dissolve in the stomach] to make sure the tablets will actually break down in the body. I would recommend doing this with any tablet-formulation supplements and it takes no time at all. This time, I did it for you! I simply place 1-2 of the tablets in a small bowl and pour in ACV, enough to cover them at least an inch, then leave them for 5 minutes. If they dissolve before time's up, you have a good formulation! unfortunately there are too many waxy, pressed pills that will never make it into your system. That being said, these guys passed with flying colours! I don't mind the ACV taste (no worse than a shot of alcohol) but boy, watch out for that bitter blech vitamin taste if you follow my example and drink the experiment! I also have been taking these for a good 2 months at least, in hopes that it would keep my blood sugar down because my sweet tooth was out to make sure I'm prediabetic before I'm 35. I take quite a few vitamins, but these are the only ones that are really geared toward blood sugar stabilization and are glucose and lipid regulatory. I definitely was having symptoms of high blood sugar... and it was scary. But now that I have started these, I went to my doctor last week and my A1C levels were fantastic!!! And trust me, I was not being careful about my sugar intake thanks to a monthly visitor that makes me absolutely defenseless against chocolate. I usually am very picky about my supplements, but happened to see this was available for Amazon Vine reviewing and I am really glad I chose to give it a try... I will definitely be keeping this as a staple in my daily vitamins!!

I am taking berberine as a supplement daily, for blood glucose support. These little smooth coated tablets are easy to take, I take one with each meal, three times a day. The bottle contains 90 tablets.

I like this blend, it reduces the amount of pills I need to take as I normally take all of these items separately. However I do with the dosage of the berberine was 1500mg. Otherwise I think the dosages of each item is pretty good and what I would minimally take for good effectiveness. Expiration is way out in 2027. ALA and Resveratrol are generally expensive so I think the pricing is not too bad here.

I love this combination of ingredients. This supplement is gentle on my stomach and easy to swallow.

Other than the cost, this seems to be a pretty good product. Easier to swallow than most of them that come in a capsule. 3 a day is going to cost about $47 bucks a month. This is taken for Metabolism, Skin , Immune, and Antioxidant support.
