Bought 2 units for Valentines Day! I love the brush and so does my wife. The bristles are soft and the action cleans very well. So far the brush charges daily without problems. If you want a high quality economical brush this is a great buy!

I'm writing this after using this for a couple weeks at this point. The brush works pretty well and the brush heads have the right level of firmness. The charge has kept until now so the battery feels like it's good as well. The only flaw I see is that the brush head is just too... Hollow. Sometimes when the brush is in the mouth and pointed downwards, the toothpaste will leak through the head on to the handle. This has never happened to me with other electric brushes.

I would not buy this product again. While it has several issues I could overlook, one major problem makes it unusable for me. The vibration of this brush feels “off” in a way that makes me dizzy and gives me a headache every time I use it, and I’m not someone who normally gets headaches. I actually dread brushing my teeth with it, and at this point I’ll probably just accept the $60 loss and purchase something else. The strange part is that the brush isn’t loud and the vibration doesn’t feel particularly strong, yet something about the way it operates gives me headaches even on the lowest setting. There are also other issues that add to my frustration. The brush head doesn’t come with a cover, yet the instructions recommend removing it after each use to clean and dry it. That means it has to sit uncovered on its side, which isn’t ideal for keeping it clean. The timer is also odd. It gives the standard 30‑second alerts for a 2‑minute brushing cycle, but it doesn’t turn off at the end. It just keeps running and continues the 30‑second pulses. To power it down, you have to click through every mode, there’s no simple one‑button off option, unless I am missing instructions. Another strange issue is that while my teeth feel polished after use, my mouth as a whole doesn’t feel clean. I’ve used the same toothpaste for years and have never had this bad taste in my mouth after brushing. It’s disgusting and it’s super frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. And if you suffer from headaches, I would stay far away.

I have crooked teeth and a small mouth - enough said. A traditional manual toothbrush makes it very difficult for me to get into the nooks and crannies of my mouth. My hygienist told me where I had plaque it was almost impossible for me to brush. To get the back of my crooked bottom row of teeth, I had to open my bottom jaw the entire way and angle my toothbrush down to scrub. This electric toothbrush has saved my teeth. I still have to angle the toothbrush, but I no longer have to vigorously scrub and hope that I got all of the plaque and tartar off of my teeth. I am able to brush confidently and feel the clean as soon as I'm done. I read a lot of reviews before buying an electric toothbrush on Black Friday. There are a lot of reviews mentioning mold and mildew that get under the head of this toothbrush. I remove the toothbrush head after every use and wipe the base down with a hand towel. I also blow into the base of the toothbrush head to get any remaining water out and wipe it down with a towel. I have been using this toothbrush for almost three months, no brush head changes yet, and have never had a problem with mold or mildew. I'm so incredibly happy I splurged and made the switch to an electric toothbrush!

This toothbrush seems to be well made and durable. I use it twice a day and it is everything it is supposed to be.

It did not work, I had to wait half a month to get it and now I have placed a return and till date it’s been another 20 days and I haven’t received my refund yet. Very frustrating experience.
