Works great! I’ve had three cordless vacuums so far and this one works the absolute best! It was quick to assemble right out of the box and worked perfectly on the first use. The adjustable suction modes are a great feature, and the vacuum is lightweight yet powerful enough to pick up dust, dirt, and pet hair with ease. For the price, I honestly think this is an excellent little vacuum. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Wow! What a fantastic value. I did a fair amount of research, before purchase, but pulled the trigger on this vacuum despite decent reviews of lower price range units. My main reasons where that some had compared it favorably to far more expensive dysons which I have used, and the motor power rating is 350 Watts, which is good power. When the vacuum arrived my husband and I where excited to check it out. Both of us where immediately impressed with the build quality of every part. Having used a very expensive Dyson cordless vacuum that one of my friends owns, and comparing the two, I would have to say that this is a far superior build quality and engineered unit. But how does it work? We’ll we couldn’t wait to try. It came with a battery that was partly charged so we immediately put it to the test in the family room which has a Cecil fiber rug and a wood floors. We vacuum this area every day with a Xiaomi roborock 2 automated vacuum (also highly recommended), so I didn’t expect much, but alas 3 minutes or so of vacuuming had filled up about 1/4 of the clear dust bin with dust and cat hair... the power roller that it comes with seams to work great on the combo of flooring. Emptying the bin was a breeze, and all of the filters are washable, so we rinsed them all and plugged it in to try the next day. Also there note the filters are replaceable and they have impeccably well engineered stainless steel screens. The next day, I wanted to test it on our rev, as we have a small but aging cordless eureka vacuum that doesn’t hold a charge anymore (not a lithium ion battery). I put the included small power brush on and headed out. Cleaning the RV with it got addictive, I found myself doing not only the floors but also all the seats, 5 minutes later I again had a half full bucket of dust, hair, dirt, etc.... I didn’t even think I had left it that dirty. So great review so far, now for the honesty and practical feedback. It comes with a base that holds all the accessories in some sort of pyramid fashion. Junk it, it shouldn’t have ever been made, but they also send a nice white bag that holds the accessories just as well. Between the bag and the main vacumn put together, you can store the two in half the space of trying to use their organizer contraption... but kudos for trying. Secondly I though I was getting two batteries with the deal, but only received one, on review I believe that is because the orange unit I believe does ship with two As well as an additional carpet brush, but amazon has them in the same listings just as different colors the blue being $100 less... I should have known something was up their. That said I really think it would be nice to have two batteries, because if you do use it in high, which has great suction, the battery is only stated to last 7 minutes, so your not going to get much accomplished, on regular mode it is supposed to last 25 minutes. For me this works as most of the area I will be vacuuming is hardwood, so I will only use max on some rugs, but still an extra battery would be great. Better yet they should replace their organizer with a fast charge dock and add th extra battery. Either way at we love it so far, so much that we ordered another one for camp, and one for my husbands office. Hope this helps.

I've been using this Vacuum for 8 months. First off, just having a cordless vacuum has changed my life. I didn't realize this until I bought one, but now I would never go back. Vacuuming now takes minutes and I don't drag my feet on doing it since not wrangling a power chord was always the biggest chore of the whole process. The result is a much cleaner space which does amazing things to my mood. Possibly my favorite purchase of 2018. I ALWAYS use it on max power. In this mode the battery lasts around 5 minutes. Marketing material said 7 minutes, but its a little less. I'm not sure I have full faith in the vacuum on the standard power setting which would lengthen the battery life. It just doesn't feel to suck as well, and thats ok, because Max gets the job done. So i'm fine with that. The clear canister reminds me to empty the bin every time before use. Its a snap and takes 30 seconds to do. This ensures its running optimally. Not all other brands have this, I think its a big plus. I recommend regular emptying. It effects performance. Context... I live in a one bedroom hard wood floor apartment in Los Angeles. This vacuum is perfect for my purposes. the 5 minute run time gets me moving very efficiently, which I like. I don't want to spend more than 5 minutes of my day vacuuming, so it motivates me to get it done quickly. So in a way, I appreciate the shorter battery life. It works OK on my area rugs. I usually just keep it on max, and then slowly pull the vacuum towards me as it sucks debris out of the rug. But... If I lived in a larger house, or in a space with carpet, I would probably not love this vacuum as much. As I mentioned, the battery life on max is short, I really only feel it works well on max, and I think it does much better on wood floor than carpet. My 700 square foot apartment might be the most it could gracefully handle. For the above reasons, it is the perfect vacuum for me. However, I'm giving it 4 stars. Mainly because if I do move to larger place or a place with some carpeting or more rugs, it will be a much less useful tool to me. Storage Tip: This is not the kind of tool you just charge every now and again. It will always need a full charge before use. I store its charging stand in a closet which I have routed a power chord to. So its always on charge and always out of the way. It took some strategizing to set this up in a closet, but it was well worth the effort.

An October update on my broken vacuum (which was less than 3 months old) issue which I explained in my original review below. After over a month of going back & forth with Tineco via email regarding a replacement they finally sent me a new vacuum BUT it was not the Tineco A10 Hero Cordless I purchased. It was a different vacuum. Yes I’m thankful I have a new vacuum. BUT I thought a warranty meant you receive the same item you purchased. This did not happen & they provided no reason as to why I wasn’t receiving the vacuum I originally purchased. My rating remains at 1 star. 👎 I still do not recommend buying this vacuum. By the way sometimes they are selling it for $199. I’m glad I didn’t pay that price. Original review: Tineco Cordless Vacuum at $149.99 I thought I would give it a try despite some bad reviews regarding longevity. Unfortunately I was one who is experiencing this issue. I received my vacuum 6/4/2020. I didn’t use it right away. The vacuum is nice. It puts off a nice scent in the air while vacuuming. The suction was wonderful. There is a regular suction which comes on upon starting but then you can chose “max” for a boost in suction which was also wonderful. It’s easy to use, to move around. Lightweight somewhat. I have a dog & it gets all the hair. I learned a lot on how to properly clean it out. Reading the directions is key. There are different locations on the vacuum to get the debris out. I use it on hardwood floors & low carpeted areas. It worked great on both. The battery will last 15 minutes at the most if you choose “max” for your entire cleaning. ••I was disappointed in that aspect. Regardless if I use a combination of regular suction & max the battery doesn’t last beyond 20 minutes. For me with what I paid I expected a bit longer. It takes a good couple hours to fully charge. It comes with nice attachments as well. This all sounds nice until the end of August hit when the “max” button stopped working for me. It worked only on regular suction. Pushing the max button did nothing. I contacted Tineco support via email as their paperwork stated to do if any problems arise. I made contact 9/5 regarding my problem. After a couple emails back & forth they asked me to send them a video of the problem which I did. A couple days later I was informed they would replace that unit~the motor~main source of power to the vacuum. It’s now 9/24 & after more & more emails back & forth I haven’t received a replacement. The vacuum has become more problematic & has stopped working. I now am without a vacuum. My last contact with them a couple days ago was they again would file a request for a new replacement vacuum. Unfortunately I received a vacuum which wasn’t for long-term use despite the cost. Honestly I enjoyed the vacuum & its features ••with the exception of the short period of time it will work on a full battery. At this point I don’t know what will happen with this company. Regardless of what they state with a warranty they aren’t too quick to satisfy a customer & come to resolution. I’ve come to the point of emailing them every 2 days inquiring on the status of the replacement. This has become a problem I shouldn’t have to continue. They should be contacting me on the status. I have to hope they follow through with a replacement or I’ll be looking to purchase another vacuum very soon. To summarize: Nice vacuum & suction: plus Longevity: negative Warranty: I don’t know if it truly exists Customer Service: negative which is very unfortunate. I will update when hopefully I do have a replacement or not ever. My recommendation is spend the extra money & buy the good vacuum. I now wish I did.

I really like this vacuum cleaner! It’s very lightweight and easy to use, and it can easily fit under the bed to clean hard-to-reach areas. The suction is also surprisingly powerful—I had no idea there was so much dust hiding in my carpet until I used it. Really happy with this purchase!

I really like this vacuum. The suction is very strong. I have cats at home, so there is a lot of cat hair everywhere. Picks it up with no problem, even on the carpet. The battery also lasts a long time. I can clean my living room and all three bedrooms with ease, and still has power left. It is also quiet, so it does not scare my cats. Feels well made and strong too, not cheap at all. Really happy with it so far!

Update, I'm knocking this down to 3 stars, you can see my original review below. After having this for just over 2 months now i am less impressed with its suction power. I use it every or every other day to do my hardwood floors, about 1000 square feet, in max mode it will barely make it before running out of battery, and there is little point of running it in standard mode. I have a lab/doberman mix and he sheds his short black hair everywhere. This machine picks it up ok (not great at all, just ok) but a lot of it just gets lodged under the sweeper area (basically gets caught under the device and sticks out around the edges before it can get to the suction part). I usually run it over the edge of a rug halfway through vacuuming and all the hair that was just caught underneath get scraped of so i can vacuum it up with multiple passes. To top it off once the canister starts to get full it kind of just clogs up and makes the suction even worse. I get it, i can empty the canister more while vacuuming but i should be able to do a daily sweep in on go. I'm not even sure what normal mode (not max power) would even do since it doesnt even pick up dog hair consistently, i said in my review below that it picks up dog food, thats very inconsistent after using it more. Anyway i dont think there are a whole lot of stick vacuums for the price that will do any better i was just hoping for more. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This thing sucks, in a good way! Picks up pet hair and general dust easily on normal mode. On max mode it picks up pet food and does low pile rugs just fine. My dog is one of those toy shredders so i have stuffing on the floor a lot, it does ok on max mode with the stuffing and the normal attachment but anything too tall it has a hard time with, if you use one of the hose type attachments it picks that stuff up just fine. I havent ran the battery dead yet but i usually run it around our 1000 sq ft of hardwood in about 10 minutes on max mode and it does just fine. Packaging is great, quality of the machine seem great as well, it looks great, it holds charge well, for all functional purposes of a vacuum its wonderful....but, The reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the base, storage method and charging method. Mine came with the standard attachments and the hardwood attachment slides into one side of the base to store the unit upright. There isnt a space for the car attachment, or it lacks the "tabs" to slide it into the slots on the opposite side of the base. The base itself is too light and plastic-y for me. With the thought that went into designing this unit and designing the packaging (seriously you feel like you bought a luxury item when unboxing this thing) i wish they would have spent more time on the storage of it. As for charging it just has a cord that goes from the wall to the unit (like a phone would). Lets face it this thing looks great but consumers want to store it in a closet and a lot of the time closets dont have the floor space to set the base in and still have access to the attachments stored on it. I cant think of a time i would want to take the canister/motor part off the stick to store it in the base and then have to reassemble it when i want to vacuum my floors again. So heres my suggestion: Scrap the base idea. Make a "base" that mounts on the wall that i can hang the thing from. If i'm so inclined to wire an outlet in my closet make it so i can plug the cord into the wall mount and charge the battery just by hanging up the unit (or remove the battery and plug it in separately, thats fine). Make the wall mount able to hang all of the attachments or make an attachment or 2 store-able on the unit itself. I know this is a big ask but I think it would make more sense, just my opinion and like i said i love everything else about this machine.

This vacuum exceeded my expectations. The green light on the brush head is super helpful for spotting hidden dust on hard floors, and the bendable wand makes cleaning under bed and sofas effortless. It's quiet, lightweight, and very powerful. Absolutely worth every penny!

Very fast delivery but the main thing is it is damn easy to use and of course it’s the best price I can find! The roller is smooth while vacuuming. So far the normal power is able to clean up my 74 meter Sq unit. Also, it really does a very good job on my mum’s mattress, pillows and bolster! Told me she is not feeling itchy last night. Look at the dust and dust mites, horrible! The battery can be removed for charging to monitor while I’m on my dining table. I’m so glad I’ve made the right choice to purchase the Tineco A10 Hero! It will be good if it can last longer during vacuuming but that could be one of the features for short and sharp cleanup and to prevent procrastination by speeding up the household chores that must be done, before the battery runs flat. That’s the push. Cry. Lol.

Incroyable balayeuse. Elle pourrait sembler lourde pour certain, mais elle se manie très bien donc c'est pas vraiment un problème. Plusieurs détails en fond une balayeuse de type haut de gamme. Je recommande.

I have been looking for a cordless vacuum for years and, after literally months of research and reviews, I decided to purchase the S12 Lite. Our budget was $500 or less and when a coupon offer of $50 became available, I jumped on it. I am a very picking consumer and I am so happy with our choice. The unit looks solid and has a nice light blue colour. The S12 Lite automatically adjusts suction depending upon the dirt level and surface type. I was a little suspicious of this feature, but it works really well. The LED lights are perfect. I can't believe the dirt I saw, and I saw get cleaned up. Our house is about 1600 feet, four levels with mostly hardwood, tile, laminate with runners on the stairs and various Ikea style throw carpets around the house. I normally kept the vacuum on locked continuous use and used it for the floors, as well as using attachments for some wall and corner areas. I was able to do the whole home, except kitchen, with one battery. But , no worries, it comes with two. We vacuumed every floor and under beds etc etc. It works awesome on all surfaces. It is light enough to use, lift and carry up and down 4 floors. Manual is easy to read and nothing really to set up. Any "downsides" hmmm ....the charging stand only holds half at the accessories (btw the Tineco site does not show the larger soft brush that Amazon says comes with it - Amazon is correct!) and the holder for the smart phone was tight to hold my iPhone 10 in the horizontal position. I kept hitting it off by cleaning everywhere, so will most likely not attach it next time. One final nice feature. It is much quieter than our current vacuum. We decided to get rid of our bulky 2 year old noisy Hooever upright. There is no need for it. Summary, if you want a cordless vacuum and don't want to pay the brand premium of Dyson (to get the same features and suction and accessories, i would have paid almost double) then buy this TODAY. Skip the A10 and A11 models. Get the S12 Lite. No need for the premium S12. The premium S12 comes with a soft roller for hardwood which would be perfect for us, but to be honest, it would be a pain to keep changing heads when we have all these throw rugs. I have all the accessories I need with my unit.
