Are my lenses from my old Sony (alpha with mirror) dslr compatible with this model?

Probably. This model uses E-mount lenses. Check to see if your old lenses are E-mount lenses. If they are the should be compatible. All E-mount lenses should be compatible with this camera.

Is this compatible with any secondary microphones?

The only way to get audio from an external mic into the Sony a6000 is to use Sony's hot-shoe microphone, but as far as mics that have a normal mic jack there is no way to get those audio signals into the Sony a6000. It's a downside to this camera.
