This food chart will help with weight loss -
I've survived two cancers in the past three years. After gaining 50 lbs., I knew it was time to get serious about losing the weight. Afterall, the last thing I want to face is another bout with cancer. My nurse discussed with me what foods I needed to help with the weight loss. This chart is magnetized and fits very well on the refrigerator door. It comes with a meal planner chart. I have eliminated white sugars also (pasta, rice, bread, crackers, etc.) No candy, cookies, cake or sodas too - oh, Lord! I went "cold turkey" and in 14 days, I've lost 8 pounds!
