Snatching Pears! has officially become the highlight of our holiday season. We picked this up to play over Christmas and New Year, and it turned out to be the perfect way to get everyone away from their screens and laughing together. The game strikes a brilliant balance that is hard to find—it’s simple enough for my 7-year-old to jump right in, yet fast-paced and competitive enough to keep my 11-year-old fully engaged. Watching them both scramble to snatch those pears while trying to keep track of the matching pairs was absolutely hilarious. Why we loved it: Easy to Learn: We were up and running in minutes, which is a blessing when you have excited kids (and tired parents) on Christmas Day. High Energy: It’s not just a quiet memory game; the "snatching" element adds a frantic, fun energy that had us all in stitches. Great for All Ages: It was one of the few games where the age gap between my boys didn't matter—they were on totally equal footing. Whether you're looking for a solid party game or something to liven up a family Sunday afternoon, I can't recommend Snatching Pears! enough. It’s definitely going to be a staple in our game cupboard from now on!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and we have played it over and over. My nieces also love it. Great fun for any age group. Theres no putting anything together just unpack and play! Good quality

This is an easy, fun family game to play - great travelability as we took it everywhere with us over the Christmas period and everyone enjoyed it. We ended up having teams of two people so everyone could join in! We also bought it for my Brother and Sister-in-law as a gift, they could play it themselves but also with the kids if they wanted. It has definitely covered a good age range! Great quality game pieces (the squares as well as the pears!) and value for money. Would recommend!

Fun game, fast paced, loud and raucous. Straight forward instructions and great quality. The pears squeak when you squeeze them, so just be aware of that - especially if you have a dog because they will definitely join in the game 😁😂

Great game grandchildren love it

I'd originally seen this game at UK Games Expo in Birmingham and loved the colourful and fun packaging straight away. Was so pleased to get my hands on a copy from Amazon and it really is a fantastically fun game! I played it with my two children (age 9 and 7) and they were able to quickly grasp the rules (nothing long and complicated here) and had so much fun with it. The components are all great quality and fit snugly inside the box and the artwork and pear puns really put a smile on face too! The little squeaky pears that you have to grab in the game were an especially big hit with my kids! All in all if you're looking for a really fun game to play that can be learned quickly and played repeatedly then I'd highly recommend Snatching Pears. Just buy it!

Very fun game! The characters are adorable and have funny names you’ll laugh about. Small box so it is easy to take with. Played with grandparents and they absolutely loved it too.

My kids are 6, 8, & 11 and love this game. It was easy to learn, you can play the game a couple different ways depending on what ages you are playing with. It uses concepts they know from other games so it was a big hit. They said it was like spoons and memory had a baby. 🤣

Okay, so my son got this for Christmas, and we took it to Michigan for New Year's to spend with my daughter and family. We rented a hotel that had two rooms, a kitchen, that type of thing. Well, the kitchen table was broken, so eight of us were on the floor playing this. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Make sure you take your jewelry off and be prepared to get clawed; it can get a little crazy 🤪

I bought this because I had family visiting. I have a 5 year old nephew. We all played the game and we loved it. I sent it home with my nephew. This was a big hit.

LOVE THIS GAME. I work with language deprived and educational challenged adults. I am always looking for games that do not need words or math but that are fun and challenging. THIS IS EXCELLENT. Make a short game - I separated the color cards (7 pairs of each color) and stored in snack ziplocks. The WHOLE bunch of cards makes the game SUPER LONG and a little too hard for our memories. You can include or not include the snatching for a single color game. Combine two sets of colors for a longer game and include the pear snatching. Choose a mixture of colors - you can easily use 3 or 4 pairs of each color to make a longer game. Adding up the pears was hard for some of my students - counting to 10 is not always an easy skill. SUPER VERSATILE We will begin to add - tell the character on the card before receiving the reward. Let me know your twists on this game.
