Fits well, but not too tight. It does work on the best part, the belly. Keeping it tight on the stomach. When walking or doing situps, you can feel it. Good to keep the fat tight to the muscle area. The muscle area creates heat, and that is the objective.

Nice shorts and they do work well for making me sweat. They seem a little large to me. If they work very well, I will have to buy the next size down pretty soon, hopefully.

I ride my bike in the mornings and liked these shorts as they make me sweat and I carry my cell Incase I have a breakdown where I can get help as I ride a little distance and would take a long time to walk back ... They are very comfortable and do what I needed done

These shorts are great for my daily exercise routine. The shorts increase core body heat helping to burn those calories. The high waist is also a great adds to the heat gain and allowing for overlap with an exercise vest while offering extra support to the lower abdomen. I do wish the legs were a bit tighter around the thigh, but this is a minor problem, and folks with heavier thighs may find this to be more of a personal issue. The sizing seems to be true and accurate. I am at the lower range end of shorts so this too may be why the legs are not as tight on me. These are well constructed and do exactly what they are supposed to do.

I would order again, works great, really help with compression. Order one size smaller, you will be loosing wait and will have to order one size smaller

The only problem I have is, it doesn't stay up. The top part tends to roll up so you have to keep adjusting other than that it works

I ordered the shorts but got the pants instead.. it has a very strong chemical smell that causes a headache when breathed in for too Long.

Soy talla 33/34 de cintura, pero según mis medidas, la tabla de tallas indica que debería ordenar la talla XL, eso hice y me quedó una talla grande.Es una buena prenda, así que ordenaré otra, pero ahora en talla L.
