Used in Hawaii for 2 weeks, no issues at all. Be sure to test yours in basin to ensure its watertight (without your phone first haha). But taken into a pool, and numerous lagoons and waterfalls to snorkel with. Takes some getting used to as you need to fill it with little bit of air, but kept seawater out and phone in great working shape. In my case, besure to snap more than 1 photo to ensure its in focus. Videos worked but visiblity wasn't too far so will depend on your water clarity, its difficult to select focus of things underwater because its so boyant. Lots of trial and error using it as there's no real way to practice using this at home before taking it on a trip because using it in surf or chasing fish and other sea life with it while submerged is totally didn't. If anything this phone case has only 1 orientation and isn't how I old it so it made it a little clumsy to hold it in many angles but highly recommended for those heavy water oriented vacations

So I just received the waterproof pouch pro for my iPhone 4. Fitting wise, it’s perfect for my iPhone 14 Pro. The phone is snug inside. I followed the instruction to do a 15 min submersion test. I followed the Instruction And timed the test and submerged the pouch in my above ground pool. Because it’s very light and it will just float, I covered it with a heavy cloth to make sure it’s fully submerged. The video included shows after the 15min test. So far, the tissue inside is very dry. I also tested if the touch screen will be responsive after you blow air inside (as part of the set up), and so far I didn’t have any problem. You just have to push it a little more than usual as you have to consider the plastic and the air space between them. I will give an update of its functionality and efficacy with a real phone later when I’ll go for a swim and take pics under the water.

This review is for ESR for iPhone 14 Pro Max Case with Stand. For some reason, this company decided they would not let me write a review on their phone case. Well, guess what I have another way to do it. Do not buy phone cases from this company (ESR) because they do not perform anyway that they say they do. This phone case will not protect your phone! Do not buy this phone case if you do not want to have to pay $250 to get your phone fixed because it did not protect your phone. This phone case will not protect your phone from being dropped just a couple feet much less any other situation if your phone hits the ground. Any claims made by this company that your phone would be protected by this case is an absolute lie! This phone case absolutely will not protect your phone.

Case fits iphone 13 perfectly in the provided slide out case. The end locks into place and has silicone seals on the end cap so that no water goes in. On the bottom side there is a air pocket that will float your phone so that it doesn't drop to the bottom. Yes you can phone is still touch sensitive in the water. The lens for the camera is just a plastic film. I think they could have made this part plastic but not sure why they kept it this one. Since it's just a clear piece of plastic if you scatch it, you will have blurry images, In fact, if there's a great temperature difference you will see some fogginess in your pictures. The idea is great but there needs to be a redesign of this if you want super clear pictures. I would also change the strap. The button is too easily depressed and slides out. Luckily your phone won't sink since it has an air pocket, but what happens if the wave washes it away? If you own this, dump the included lanyard and just put a sturdy string instead. At least you know it won't unbuckle.

Worked great for us. No issues at all. Photos and videos were still clear with the case on.
