Helps my elderly dog build back and retain muscle.
I use these for my elderly dog who has muscle wasting. It's cheaper than buying the chews made for dogs. It works really well, he gained back the muscle he had recently lost, and more. It's helped keep him mobile despite old age creeping in and breaking down his body in other ways. It is easy to hide the pill in some food, but not as easy as the more expensive chews. I give my 90 lb dog one capsule per day.

Insulin support/weight management
Great for helping with insulin sensitivity and managing weight. I have been taking these in addition to intermittent fasting. Also ensuring adequate protein intake and quality carbs. Haven't been working out out lately and still managed to lose 5 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Quality product...you won't be disappointed!!!!! No stomach upset, no taste and easy to swallow.

It really works....but I had serious side effects
This product really works!! Without changing anything about my diet or daily exercise, I actually lost 5 pounds over a month. I really noticed the weight loss. That's why I gave irt a 5-star revied. However, I had serious side effects. I notice early on that I felt a little dizzy every so often. That got worse and even made me sick to my stomach. I thought that i had Vertigo. I started to think about what I was doing differently in the past month. I then realized that I was taking this product on a daily basis. I looked at the side effects and sure enough, my symptoms were listed. I stopped taking the pills and, sure enough, I started feeling better in just a few days. All of my side effects have disappeared, and I am back up to my previous weight. I really wanted this to work - and it did - but unfortunately i cannot take it.

It's the first day I took it and I had diarrhea. Idk if it was this supplement or my husband meatloaf 🤷♀️ I didn't feel cramps just really had to go. I should of just took 2 and not 4 pills.
