When I first got it, I didn't think it was going to work. I started a return, but then I figured out a way to make it work, so I decided to keep it. Amazingly, the company reached out to me and asked what my issue with the computer was and said if I have any questions in the future to reach out to them. What great customer service! They reached out to me! The computer is not brand new, but works for everything I need it for. It is fast and has all updated features and windows 11. I am happy with this purchase and would purchase from them again! It was a great price for what I got.

This Lenovo desktop works very well, but not surprising as it's well known for high quality performance. My last Lenovo used desktop lasted seven years. I expect this machine to last much longer. The features, speed and reliability of the machine met my expectations. I am a Lenovo fan and would purchase this machine again. The fact that it is refurbished is not an issue. I think it will last as long if not longer as a new machine. A+.

Purchased this computer for family as we've had Lenovo machines for years and found them to be reliable. Was disappointed that the back of the case was dented and bent up. Tried to boot it up and it just kept powering on, spinning the fan and then shutting down. Looked inside the case to look for loose connections. Found that the RAM had been installed in the wrong slot. (How was this machine even tested when it wouldn't boot up?) Changed the RAM to the correct slot. Computer powered up but VGA port is inoperative. (Understand that VGA is old tech, but it still should work.) Used an hdmi adapter for monitor, finally got the machine to boot up. (Testing received a ""VGA POST FAIL" error.) So far, not impressed with this machines quality and definitely wouldn’t call it’s condition “Excellent” as advertised. Concerned now about it’s reliability long term. Glad I bought the extended warranty.

The computer I received looks brand new. Not a blemish on it anywhere! It's plenty fast as well. Really nice computer for a refurbished!

Took a while to get the computer but once it arrived set up was very easy. It's my first Lenovo product and so far its performing very well.
