Very good quality and durable product. It has been used by me in my office on the daily basis as I can listen to other things also going on in my department. Quality is very good and the sound quality is also very good. If you want to use it for movies and others stuff. For music, if you want a very good quality of sound and want it to be loud. It may not be very useful. There are no connectivity issues. The weigh good. Battery life is also adequate.

bought this WeCool headset after seeing some decent reviews, hoping for a budget-friendly option for my daily commute and work calls. I wasn't expecting top-tier, studio-quality sound, but what I got was genuinely unusable. First, the sound quality for music and podcasts is just awful. Everything sounds incredibly tinny and washed out, like it's being played through a cheap laptop speaker from 2005. There is absolutely zero bass, and when you turn the volume up even slightly past 60%, the audio becomes a distorted, crackly mess. It completely ruins the experience of listening to anything. But the microphone is where this product truly fails. I tried to use it for a few important work calls, and it was a complete embarrassment. My colleagues repeatedly said I sounded like I was "underwater" or "talking from the other end of a long tunnel." The mic is so poor that it makes your voice sound distant, muffled, and robotic. To make matters worse, the noise cancellation is non-existent. The microphone picks up every single background noise – the fan, a distant car horn, even the rustling of paper on my desk – and amplifies it, drowning out my own voice. It's impossible to have a clear conversation unless you are in a perfectly silent, sound-proof room. Honestly, this headset fails at its two most basic functions: providing clear audio and enabling clear communication. I regret this purchase and will be looking for a replacement immediately. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Perfect for Noise cancellation and best bass quality

I ordered the WeCool Bone Conduction Headphones a week earlier and received a slightly defective piece, wherein the right earlobe was loose and rotating freely off the neckband. I requested for a replacement and the customer service was prompt in accepting the replacement and replaced the headphones within just 2 days. The headphones themselves are pretty decent and comfortable to wear. There was an initial discomfort to adjust to the vibrations of the cheekbones, especially at higher volumes; but slowly, with reduced volume, I could pretty much get accustomed to them. The volume isn't too great, the music isn't too peaky or exuding higher bass, but it's pretty good for decent listening to music and podcasts. Then again, it was to be expected as the headphones are bone conduction/ open ear; hence a fair bit of noise leakage is to be expected. The battery life is pretty solid; after about a couple of hours of continuous listening to podcasts and music, the battery life still shows a 100%. Need to ascertain the battery performance after a long ride (cycling) over the weekend. The fit and form factor are pretty good for the price. Though at times I felt a mild pain behind the ear after continuous usage for over 2 hours. Overall, a pretty good product for daily workouts as well as mild music/ podcast listening. Note - Recommend using the volume at 60-70% of max volume to avoid discomfort and excessive vibrations.

Mic quality is not upto the mark

Did see the reviews about loose etc but took a chance since I needed one such - to use during morning runs on quiet roads (I use another wecool - a wired mr.bass model - for other in house needs - that has lasted todate since 03/2021). This has been perfect for me in both fit (first time trying on, it did feel too tight but was snug enough post/days following) and sound quality (conduction/open, so it is not going to be as clear as in-ear earphones especially if a truck pass you by etc). I like this as the fit + design makes my run hassle free (nothing falling off, front/hands free, quick on/off/pairing & good sound yet alert to ambient noise/movements). The charge is lasting for use across days too so far (fingers crossed the long charge-ability remains).

I guess you get what you pay for... The first problem - the fit. The external 'buds' that are meant to sit *snugly* on the sides of your face near the ears. But since the entire unit is a fixed, 'all purpose' size, what this means in practice, is that unless you happen to be super lucky with your bone structure matching, you will never get the fit you need for this to be even *mildly* usable. In my case, the right side sat flush on the side of my face and the left side had an almost finger sized gap .. and I have a large large face ! I can only wonder how it would work for a 'normal' sized face. So .. useless from the start. I persisted anyway, holding the offending left eared resolutely pressed against my face. And found that even the lousiest earbuds I own (and I own far too many, for reasons I can't entirely explain, even to myself) .. were way way better. In short folks, please do NOT "go for it" ... to misuse a rather common (and oddly idiotic) phrase used in countless Amazon India reviews.

I purchased this headphone from Amazon, but the product quality is extremely poor. The microphone performance is very bad — people on the other end say my voice sounds like it is coming from inside a water tank or underwater. Sometimes they say the sound seems very far away, as if my voice is not reaching the mic at all. The speaker quality is also below standard and does not perform as expected. I requested a return, but the delivery partner claimed that address does not exist and returned the product back to me. Now I am left with a defective item that I cannot use. I request Amazon's support to resolve this issue by arranging a proper return pickup or refund.
