I've bought Pretty Vulgar gel liner in the past (when it used to be sold at Sephora). It's my favorite gel liner. I haven't been able to find it any where until I found it on Amazon. I bought this here, hoping it's authentic, and not being made in a foreign country, in someone's basement. The eyeliner is black. Opaque black! The consistency is thick and creamy. The liner goes on smoothly. I use it on both my lid and my waterline (I do not have watery eyes). The liner lasted on my waterline for over 8 hrs. At the 10 hr. mark it had worn away in one spot, on only one eye. I'm extremely happy with the ease of application, and the looong wear time. If my eyes don't shrivel up and fall out, I'll be very happy with the product and will buy from them again.

I absolutely love this eyeliner, and I have sensitive eyes and this didn’t bother them whatsoever, and the added enrichment of vitamin c and more is definitely a plus! I’ve cried and sweated, and it didn’t budge or burn! 🔥 I love how quick it dries in place! Definitely one of faves! Lots of product in the cutest gold accented pot!

I found this Pretty Vulgar creamy eyeliner as I was looking for eyeliner that is nontoxic. Eyeliner being fairly nontoxic is very important to me because this is applied on my waterline and I want something safe. I think Blinc eyeliner is made by the same company, but I couldn’t find it in brown and I didn’t want black. So I got desperate and went searching and I found this brand, Pretty Vulgar. I got the gray color which is called Dear Diary. I was afraid it might be dried out, as some of the other reviews mentioned, but it was absolutely pristine. It stays on very well on my waterline and does not give me raccoon eyes. I also use it on my upper lid above my lash cluster extensions, but I do not draw a wing. It looks beautiful and the gray color is not as harsh looking as black. I think the brown color looks delicious, too. My only complaint is that it is difficult to see how much you’re applying on the tip of your brush. But I think you get more product in the jar than with other premium eyeliners, which is great. I just make sure I keep the lid on tight, so it stays nice and creamy. I feel so confident using this on my eyelids and Thrive lash extension glue with my lash clusters. It is one of the least toxic glues you can buy. That was difficult to find as well, and I kept looking on the EWG site trying to find glue that was safe to use. So now I’m really happy with both products, but I couldn’t get Thrive on Amazon, so I went straight to thrive.com

I have NEVER been one to be critical of products. However, I feel as though this is absolutely necessary. The 1st time I purchased this eye liner, I was SOLD! It went on Soo SMOOTH, and it lasted all day, and did not smudge - - It lasted a long time and stayed "fresh" - -- Money Well Spent! When I ran out, I quickly ordered more. Unfortunately, it was NOTHING like the 1st time. The eyeliner was VERY "dried-out" and would NOT go on smooth - - it clumped together - - it 'caked on', and 'flaked off'! It was a "smudgy MESS"! Every Single thing I liked about this product was NOT the same! Hoping and thinking that it might've been a 'fluke', I ordered another bottle, and it arrived last week. Much to my dismay, it was So DRY & CLUMPY - - a total WASTE of my money! It is NOT in my "nature" to be critical but when I pay $24 for a small jar of eyeliner, I EXPECT to get my money's worth, so I felt as though I NEEDED to do a review on this product. I purchased this looking for a smudge proof liner for my lower eye water line. As every liner I have purchased that claims to be smudge proof has not lived of to it. Including this one. Yes it is very pigmented and does not smudge on top of my eyelid as a liner, however on the lower lash water line it runs and I have black smudge and racoonish looking eyes by the time I get to work. I even let it dry and still the same thing- it's NOT for the water line at all. but otherwise great pigment and stays put on top lid. Not worth $24!

I got this and a few small brushes. I prefer this to my old way of using the felt pens because I can get those sharp points with this, and the pens just dry out. I use it almost daily, the pot is bigger than the picture makes it look. It smudges a little while still wet, but once it drys not bad at all! This liner is easy to layer so if you feel you went to light handed, you can always go back over (where as those pens again would just wipe away what you put like an expo marker.) to wrap it up I'm so happy I switched because it makes my makeup routine way easier and way shorter time wise.

I read the reviews and one reviewer wrote she had oily eyelids so I bought and it didn’t stay long half a day it smudged and liner dissolved somewhat
