Recently started Whole30 and gave up my beloved gum. Ketosis breath started almost immediately and brushing teeth 5x a day or more was not practical, nor did it help for long. Yes, this does not taste pleasant, it is a bit acrid. That’s what you get with no sweetener. But I know it is worth about a minute or less of that taste for the intense cooling and clean breath that follows. It really is a Wow moment, chewing gums can’t touch the intensity of this. I am sure as I walk by people, they can smell the peppermint. Only negative is that the drops are hard to shake out of the bottle, but they will come. No polite way to do it at work without some privacy. That is where shaking a bit on your hand and discreetly licking would come into play. At home, I just either tip up my head and shake or put a little on my clean finger and rub onto my tongue. I know gums with their artificial sweeteners are not good, so I will continue to use this permanently. This lasts about 45 minutes of noticeable coolness and I still don’t feel the need to repeat until a couple hours later. It works!!

I purchased the wow drops for several different reasons and it has yet to let me down. Initially I purchased the peppermint drops as a means of putting a few drops in water in a spray bottle to spray around doors and windows to discourage bugs, spiders, and other insects that are attracted to coming in doors and windows. It works, but more than .3 ounces are needed if this is a regular way of preventing insects. Because peppermint has amazing health properties, I've used this per the instructions on the label for upset stomachs. I put one drop on the back of my hand and lick it. The peppermint is kind of intense, opening my nasal passages, but within 30 minutes or so, it works on curing any stomach ails I may have. I used to take peppermint candies, but have found this to be healthier without all of the sugar found in the candies. I also discovered that when I have headaches, if I place the open end of the bottle up to my nose and begin sniffing the aromatic peppermint, it will cure most headaches I have. Unless it's a migraine at which time I do need to take something more powerful like an Excederine tablet. This has helped me cut back on taking over the counter medications regularly and to be more organic and natural. If you have headaches, stomach aches, or insect problems, peppermint has a WIDE range of uses that make it a must have in any household.

Best breath freshener out there! I wanted something to freshen my breath that didn't have any sugars (real or artificial) and lasted! I use a lot of onions and garlic in my food and drink a lot of coffee, so I needed something to combat that when I don't have time to brush my teeth! This stuff works and lasts. It will clear your sinuses too! I swear it makes you feel clean and wonderful. Way better than gum or mints. Never used it for other things but I will have to try it!

This product does what it says and does it well. I really enjoyed the first bottle. When I opened the second bottle it did not have a built-dropper and spilled all over me, my afghan throw and the arm of the recliner. I tried to get it out, but the fumes still burn my eyes. I really do love the product, but just be careful opening it. Glad I was trying to put a drop on the back of my hand, not on my tongue.

Been buying these drops for years from Whole Foods but couldn't find there recently. These drops are simply peppermint oil and chlorophyll so they are 1. really strong (like an Altoid on steroids) 2. have no sugar, which starts working to create bad breath again 3. no artificial sweeteners, so no nasty after taste/or bad for you stuff. They are great when you have any soreness in the throat to help promote healing. Great product and so happy to find on Amazon!

The first time I used this, I did not follow the directions. I let the drops fall right into my mouth instead of putting some on my hand and licking it off. This stuff is STRONG!!! Please follow the directions if you purchase this product. Put one drop on your hand (or a spoon) and lick off just a little. It is VERY minty and powerful stuff. It makes my mouth produce a lot of saliva for quite some time if I consume more than one little drop. It is good stuff, but I think it is TOO strong.

They taste good and are effective, but a little difficult to get out of the bottle.

I won’t lie, this product is incredibly strong. As an intermittent faster who needs to maintain a clean fast (no sweeteners of any kind), this is the only product I know of that fits the bill and helps me deal with keto and black coffee breath. It’s powerful and does the job well.

Great for freshening the breath without affecting keytones. I used it whilst fasting to stave off bad breath. I found putting a few drops in my bottle of water was refreshing and effective aswell as putting it directly on my tongue.

I am satisfied with the product. Tastes good and I like to use it sometimes when I fast.

Bloody hell! Do not use too much or you'll be crippled from the minty freshness, also, don't rub your eyes after you've used it, made that mistake!! But it does what it says on the tin, makes your breath insanely minty! Love them!
