I'm sure this works fine with the couple of the newer cameras of the same brand. I purchased cameras just two years ago of the same brand and most of the functions won't work unless I upgrade all my cameras. A heads up in the description would have been nice.

Coupling this unit with the auto tracking camera made recording a three day environmental conference look (almost) as good as any TED(c) talk. Of course I’m prejudiced, I was the one doing the work. As an AV manager for legal and professional conferences over the last several years, I’ve worked with large and small crews, but have recently started just doing it with just one other person. The learning curve was easy, as was the set up and production.

Editing my original 2 star review…first unit Worked fairly ok since purchasing and one week after the return window closed it MADE a high pitched whine, both Plugged into power or without a power supply (NDI powered cameras). It’s pretty unacceptable in the middle of a quiet moment of a church service. Also cannot delete cameras via the controller or online. I see them. I just can’t reorder them. I reached out but no help at all. EDIT…tenveo staff diligently reached out to me to send a new unit, asking me to return the first one so they could test to find the issue . I powered cycled the first one and left it off for a week and the whine did not return. So I am sending the second, unopened unit back to them. They have been extremely considerate and wanted to troubleshoot the defective item. A big Thank you goes to Tenveo for their professionalism!! We use ptzoptics cameras over ndi with this controller, since our Ptzoptics ip controller needs repair (after five years of constant use.) The Tenveo was an affordable option in its place. The Tenveo does not control the detailed camera controls for our cameras but does the job setting up the shots between cameras. I had to lower camera resolution on all Cameras to get them to show up on the color controller screen. I might raise tye camera resolution back up since now the cameras aren’t working to their full potential in our dimly lit sanctuary. It took some serious fiddling around to get the cameras ordered the way I wanted them. (We have security cams that were being added, even though I didn’t want them added and deleting either online or through the controller was NOT working. Anyway, Thank you, Tenveo.

The item came defective and after spending many hours tech guy couldn’t even enter remotely to my pc. I decide to reset it. And if persist giving me problem the controller i will returned and get refunded. The item is well made look robust but some how getting glitch, Freeze and turn off itself. They make me download a sofware completely in Chinese, does not make sense. Set up was easy for the most part. But i never was able to get a firmware from Tenveo. Communication with Tech 0 since he was not able to get into my pc. Communication with Company was good though. But they were not able to help me. For the cost of this controller Tevo KB200 pro they should have a better team working on troubleshooting and firmware or updates for sure.

Excellent device, We have been able to use it even though I believe the it should have the convenient of connect a key board to set it up will make the initial setting more simple.
