Yoga Booty Ballet Live Latin Flavor

Cute (rather short) aerobic section but the video is basically an infomercial for vitamins. Long meditation style section in which I have basically no interest. NOT CHAPTERED. Makes it very hard to work with to get to the parts you want to use. I would have gone back to the floor barre section on another day but given the virtual impossibility of navigating to the content you want basically this one is probably going to Goodwill. Too bad. If I had 30 minutes of their aerobics & could get to it easily I would use it frequently & probably buy other ones. As it is I feel ripped off & will not be inclined to buy from them again.

I didn't care for it. I like a smaller group (3 to 4 people). Didn't care for the live entertainment nor outdoor workouts. Prefer more structured workout, in a small studio. This goes for all the other Yoga Booty Ballet.

It is fun and gives a good workout!

Lots of fun dancing with a latin flair. Some of the same moves from their other sets. Some of the routine is really easy some takes a little more work. I don't mind that as the really easy ones tend to get boring after a while.
