Pots go too! Amazing salt content. My dr prescribed these for me. If you don’t like a super salty taste, just add more water. It has the minerals we rly need.

Great Electrolyte!! (Salty)
This has been my go-to lately. It definitely has a saltier flavor than most electrolytes (Gatorade, liquid iv, etc) but I just add more water. I love the flavor and it helps me replenish better than most. I’m a professional athlete/trainer who saunas and runs often so it’s been hard to find a tasty high salt electrolyte powder. I’ve been recommending this one to all my friends.( It is not salty to the point where you throw it up, if you add more water than recommended the flavor is nice & faintly sweet) I love the berry lemonade flavor.

Very effective
This stuff is a bit hard to find for some reason, but it is quite tasty! I like the amount of Potassium in this mix vs. some others, and that it does not have any sugar. I also enjoy the lack of questionable ingredients. I mix it for about 24oz, but it states you can use 16-32 oz and I have tried all the ranges. When I am very dehydrated, I like it a bit stronger and I perk back up faster.

Metallic flavored taste!
Tried to find a less expensive alternative to ELMT So I gave this a try! The taste had an overwhelming metallic flavor that I nor my wife could get beyond. Was able to get a refund and will stick with ELMT and its higher price tag

One of the better electrolyte supplements out there
This electrolyte supplement is my favorite due to the ratio of electrolytes, favoring sodium and the use of trace minerals. As you may know, trace minerals are very low in our natural diet.So I naturally veered toward this product. I use one packet during any type of exercise.And any time that I know I will be sweating throughout a busy day.
