Infested with bugs

Screen lifetime was less than 2 years
Bought a Samsung 8k 65inch 1.5 years back. It arrived with damaged screen, so i returned it & replacement was sent with delay. Couple of weeks back, the screen started shadowing. Samsung sent technical team who came to check the tv & confirmed it is manfacturing defect. After 2 weeks of follow-up, the tv is not taken for repair. My tv is untouched, not a single scratch, never moved since it was mounted on the wall when it arrived new, yet the screen didn't live for 2 years. Very poor quality for the high price we pay for a branded tv. Samaung Service is even worse & keep running in circles without conclusion. Very disappointed
